Worst customer experience ever!! Slow, rude service. I've been a Chase customer since the days of 1st Chicago and this was my worst customer experience ever.

They have horrible customer service. The tellers on Friday Morning are rude and like to give you dirty looks and judge you. I will make the drive to a different chase bank because of the horrible experience I receive. -had to put 1 star but they don't deserve it

They're so slow about everything... I don't understand, I go the opposite way to avoid this bank. I hate when I have no choice but to come here... I have never ran into this bank or drive Thur quickly...

No bathroom for their customers, seriously? The teller was awesome but the banker was rude and acted like I was bothering her.

I parking lot is always packed and very very small. The drive thru is slow. It never fails that every time I try to go to the ATM, its either out of money or shut down due to repairs. I just drive to walgreens and take $ out of the chase atm there, its always working.

"Let's find the smallest orifice in town and build a Chase bank there. That way it's a giant pain in the ass to maneuver in and out with ones vehicle. It's not like Chase has many customers anyway. Right? Also, let's position the drive-up ATM so that it's always directly in the sunlight. Thus the screen will be impossible to read on account of the glare. This is a new location that was built but the entrance and exit system is really bad especially if you need to get cash out at lunch time or even after 3:30.... forget about it. And can someone please fix the ATM machine??? the feeder for your debit card is like off centered or something. As soon as you feed your card it always goes in lopsided or almost feels like one side is lifted higher than the other. A good thing this Chase has is that they have a lot of Spanish speaking people, which is kind of nice for the community its in. Ive been to some other locations where the staff does not communicate good with customers. Don't get me wrong, I agree with diversity in the work place but lets face it... people ( customers ) need to communicate their needs so having a staff that can do that adds more incentive for them. Higher sales, goals are met.. etc. The inside of the location can sometimes get a bit messy.... they may want to look into that... I think a bank should look the part always.
