About Frozen assets
Frozen Assets is a cold storage facility with nice and cool people. Access is difficult due to construction. There is no on-site parking, but a nearby truck stop offers free parking for three hours. It is not a 24-hour facility; receiving opens at 6am. The building is a boring greyish beige building. The bathroom is clean and backing is easy, but there are no painted lines for the docks, which can be annoying.

Appointment for pick-up until 3:30 PM ,I checked in 2:17 PM, I was told to park and walk back in at 3 PM for dock assignment. I was loaded in about 45 min, full frozen load.

Carlos , is a topnotch guy. Very good at his job , very professional . Communication was great ! Had me unloaded fast so I can make my next appointment. Thank you Carlos ! Jacky at the front desk was kind enough to go out of her way to get me a cup of coffee. Thank you for the kindness ! 🫶🏼
