“NTS came to our rescue multiple times amid COVID-19 and its many restrictions, and I can't say enough wonderful things about Shelly and Bob. It started with my mother needing a walker on short notice. Her LaGrange Park doctor recommended two brands to us mid-March, and I worried we'd be challenged to find someone who was open and stocked them. Even amid lockdown, Shelly was more than willing to meet us, fit my mother, and get her on her way rather quickly and efficiently. I was so pleased to find someone in the area. As the weeks went on, my mother's health declined, and I called upon Shelly many times for various medical supplies, and she always came through, even delivering them to my door; that's no small thing when one is sole caretaker for someone with great need. I wound up managing home hospice for my mother, and was so grateful to have NTS in my corner across multiple needs. Shelly either produced a solution herself or recommended a resource for anything I needed, and I will ever be grateful for her service and dedication! I had heard great things about Bob's one-on-one rehab work. I was hoping we would get to the stage of engaging his work. “I was the panicked Mom of a 6 year old with her first black eye, on a hunt for a case of instant ice packs. None of the medical supply stores in my area carry them. I called Tetra, they are not a 'store' per-say, more like a distribution center, I called and truly, the woman I dealt with couldn't have been any nicer. I can't imagine they sell one case of their products very often, but did on this day to me without hesitation and in that moment I was really grateful. I don't know much about the medical supply business but from a customer service stand point they get 5 stars from me! Incidentally, I had way more ice packs then I needed but with a six year old they come in handy all the time.”
