I easily made an appointment online. Excellent service, very fast, efficient and friendly. The doctor identified my hearing problem after comprehensive testing. She also explained everything very clearly. Thank you.

They were the only hearing aid place that were kind enough to help us. We were in Chicago traveling from California when my mom’s hearing aids were malfunctioning, they were able to give us an appointment the same day.
