Don't go here. My they've had my car for over 60 days, still to this day 12/18/24 I still have no clue weather they even started the job or have to proper parts to swap out n repair my vehicle. If 0 stars was an option, they would get 0 stars. Don't cheap out on mechanics, spent the little extra money for quality service

I always take all my vehicles for an oil change here. They're inspection takes a look at your vehicle all around and they will let you know what needs to be fixed.

10/10 experience!!! I came in here the other day for an oil change. I work in Northlake and was looking around for a good price that was near me so I could go on my break. After I spoke to the manager, Charles over the phone it was a no brainer. I came in here for the oil change and Charles was super honest with me about my car and what it needed which I really appreciate it!! (From my past experience of repair shop that means a lot) Honestly will be coming here for all future oil changes and more! Thanks again Charles and the team. I appreciate everything.

A little over a month ago my mother had work done on her car. They left a cap loose. The new manger said what they fixed had nothing to do with that, but then a worker came and new exactly what was loose. My mother always took her car there and after this made her engine go out. Never will go back to them. Would give you a Zero if I can. Take advantage of señor women

Good service, but you're going to get absolutely HOSED on parts cost.
A part that cost me $850 on their invoice cost only $145 online from a reputable parts site.
I knew there would be a markup on parts for warranties, and to cover overhead costs, etc. but a near 550% markup on parts is insane. Holy cow. I remembered why my dad does his own work to his cars.
You either work 10 hours at home fixing your car, or you can work a whole 40h work week to cover one repair.
Bring your car here for convenience, but if you have the time and means, it's better to do work yourself and save your money for other things.

This is the second time I've been to Meineke in Northlake, and both times, I've been very impressed by the service I received. Today, something was wrong with my battery, so I called them, and they were able to take my car right away. They did a check on the rest of my car, and found my back break discs needed to be replaced. They took me back to the shop and showed and explained exactly what was wrong, which no other car shop has ever done. Although the job took a little longer than expected, they kept me informed the whole time. I will continue to keep coming back because I know I'll get great service! Thanks, Meineke!
