I had a general question so I called before going to this location. The first time I called the person picked up the phone and hung up. I called back thinking maybe it was a mistake but it was clear it was intentional. The lady picked up the phone and said hello and I asked if this was Metro PCs and the lady hung up again. This is poor customer service and people should be held accountable. Don't go there. 04/24/2025

Bad service by the on on North Ave. Lies by adding hidden fees. Had to call the police for this.Lost time and monet. It's better to go somewhere else. In few words, be careful.
