Andres, the gentleman who was working on the day of our pick up of truck, was VERY helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure that all our questions were answered,We had also reserved a storage unit on line. Because of a clerical error on part, we had a mistakenly requested a second floor mezzanine storage unit. Andres quickly checked computer, found an alternate storage unit, for a slightly higher monthly price, and switched it out; Quick, easy no fuss. We are very happy.Give this guy a raise! or a Bonus!. “Clean and almost new rental cargo van - used to move some larger items and boxes. Rode like a dream, and good mileage - 186 miles and around 10 gallons. Location was clean, well kept and easy to find. Staff, from on the phone to in person were friendly and helpful. Rates were good - check them frequently as they are demand based. Initially it was $89 a day with 150 free miles - still a good deal. The day before my rental it dropped to $59, so I called and was able to cancel the original reservation and make a new one at the cheaper rate.One thing I will add, if you drive the Illinois tollway and use the pay-by-plate system or add the plate to your iPass, be sure to include the tag designation with the plate number, even though it's not technically part of the number. For example, if there's a stacked F and P on the plate, they have to be part of the plate number. Otherwise you'll get fined by the tollway AND Enterprise will stick you with a $25 "administration fee." I just got done arguing with them again - I used the pay by plate and paid the tolls. Then they sent me violations for the same tolls! $25 per toll administration fee. I know it's not the local branch, but seriously?”
“Very Secure & clean & convenient & priced competitively. There are 2 keypads for entry. 1 for your unit for use all the time, and 1 for the main doors after 7pm. Very loud alarm is activated, if you forget to use the keypad before unlocking your unit. This is great for security. And makes me feel like my stuff is that much safer.Bathrooms and the entire facility are clean. No dust or debris anywhere. Elevator is to the second floor is large and runs well. Lots of modern and easy rolling handcarts to choose from.There are several individual parking slots behind large garage doors, which you can use when the weather is inclement, or when you have lots of stuff to move in and out.24/7 access is super convenient, and very secure at night, because there's no one in the facility except for people with keycodes.There are also lots of security cameras everywhere in the halls and garage, as well as in the elevator. For those who feel a little skittish, there are pull alarms at frequent intervals throughout the hallways, in the style of the sort you'd see at Universities.Honestly, I've been at my unit moving stuff around until late in the night, and never felt in danger.And to top it all off, the temperature and low humidity inside the warehouse and in the units is controlled and perfect, through a interesting HVAC system that uses inflating baffles. I've never detected floating dust, and have never seen vermin either.I wish I'd found this place sooner!”

“There are time when they have great items on sale for a low price. Specially the tools. There are some items that need staff assistance and sometimes they are hard to find. I bought some 3/4 of boards and wanted to have it pre cut. I asked the register and had the guy paged twice. I waisted 23 mins for the guy to show up. Also the tool rental was great. One time i rented a carpet doctor vac. It worked really good. And the 50lb electric jack hammer worked right for my project. In general the store is great. They carry almost all tool brands for diy repairs. Great store.”
