This review is for the best best best value in my universe-- one buck for chocolate fro yo bliss. David is boring.. he gets the vanilla. Scan and go let's you prepay cafe orders too and skip the line. Yum.

I placed an order on 7/20 for 7/21 delivery and chose my time frame between 9 -11am, @ 1pm I still had no delivery so I chatted with what I thought was customer service (this person is in San Salvador) who informed me that my order was ready and next to be delivered. Carlos stated that maybe they did not have any drivers at that time. if an order is placed the day before, wouldn't you think that who ever is running the show their would make sure to have drivers available for the orders received, duh! So I gave them another 2 hours and chatted again with an agent Gilberto (I am assuming from San Salvador who stated that I would need to call the store. I had to cancel a doctors appointment becuase I have been at home all day waiting for my order. I called the store and got the hung up on twice and got the run around, spoke to a supervisor Amber, who transferred me to curbside where I got hung up yet again!Called back to speak to the store manager and the young lady who answered my call for the fourth time asked "Didn't you just speak to the supervisor" I said yes (Amber who said I need to speak to curbside where I got hung up again and she did everything in her power to connect me to a manger, I spoke to Que who stated they use a company for deliveries called "Spark" and they have gotten several complaints about the deliveries. He is having my order reassigned to another driver but my order will probably not arrive until tomorrow morning. @Mike Happ and @Mike Lindahl you need to review all the complaints about this company that you contract to make things right. I am not a happy customer and I hold a Sam's Plus Membership which I am contemplating not renewing due to these issues

Getting a hold of someone is hard, especially for curbside pickup. Nobody answered, long holds. This isn't the first but the third time all having to deal with curbside pickup. Even when I get stuff delivered to the house, the give me stuff that expires day of. This is ridiculous. It's better if you go into the club yourself.

.Sam's Club is highly recommended! A simple grocery store but always fully stocked. They always have quality products, frozen goods, veggies, meats, fruits, and even imported items. I always found here all the things I needed and really important. The whole place is really huge, clean, and organized. The customers can easily walk and look for what they need because the aisle is wide. All of the products and goods are displayed perfectly. So that the customers can easily see the items. The lines at the cashiers are organized, you can check out so quickly, and pay for all the items you have got hassle-free. The location of Sam's Club is very easy to find and visit. They are so near to other well-known places around the area. Really love this place! And will continue to visit and shop here again and again. The Greatest shopping experience I have ever had! Will continue to recommend Sam's Club to all the people I know, friends, and family. See you guys again soon! Keep it up!

I blew out my tire and they helped me. I was not a member but became one for an $8 special today. They put on my full size spare at no charge. Very polite in the tire dept. and at customer service. I was really in a bind and they were there for me

Worse Sam's club I've been to, was going to the self check out and the lady had the audacity to tell me there's a limit of 25 items when there was no limit sign up there, when I asked her where the sign was she said "we used to have it," doesn't make sense, and most employees barley know how to speak English, all they know how to say is sorry and thank you. Bad experience.

This sams is a little sad, a little drab it's no lie it's true- but I love their POM toilet paper and blueberry muffins and salads! Overall, efficient and suffice!

I was very impressed today having very good prices in some products.I missed the Calcium soft gel capsules and the international delight cream for coffee. When I enter I had forgotten my mask in te car and the receptionist gave one- thankfully.The only thing is that Iam buying for myself only and the packages are done for merchants.Ihave not that much space but your prices and products are very good specially for large families.All the employees are ver helpful and friendly.I go there very often .

I've been a member here for a couple years as it's close to my house and therefore convenient...Usually. The last six Months I've been there multiple times where many shelves are empty and items are out of stock, from meat/produce to packaged goods. Things you could buy the week before are no longer carried. Today I dropped my son off at school and decided to get a shop in. Spent an hour filling up a cart of about $300 worth of groceries. I go to checkout and am told I can't buy these items (store is empty/snow storm) before 10 am unless I want to upgrade to member Plus for another $32. I said screw it, cancelled my membership, left the Full cart and went to Costco and signed up. Instead of getting $500 a month from me in perpetuity, due to poor item management and treating a regular customer like a mark, they lost me for life trying to up charge me over $32. There is no reason to go to this Sam's Club when you have the far superior Costco option. Try harder Sam's!

Ordered online a day before for a curbside pickup the next morning 7a-8am. Got confirmation that order is ready for pickup. Once I made a trip there in a snowstorm, the app had no "check-in" option, so I called the customer service, no answer. Called again later to cancel, someone finally picked up with explanation that there are only 2 people working?! I've seen at least 20 cars parked outside, and it wasn't store hours! Since I've done curbside before and got rotten oranges, this was the last strike.

Be careful what you buy check and make sure your items are not damaged before you leave the store bought an item that was damaged must've been a return and they will not except it back. Now I'm out $135.

They should be more disable customer oriented , go for the extra mile , I have mobility issues and they just look over careless , and ignore my request , have to carry my own cases of water to my car , thanks sams , you just show your true customer expertise with me , now , I will be happy to spread the word !!!
