“Annie provided outstanding assistance to me in assisting with my move in on Saturday. We were running quite late, but she assured me and my crew that all would be ready when we arrived. Annie went out of her way to clearly explain the facility procedures, demonstrated operation of the keypad entry and lock, and got me through the paperwork with thorough explanations of rental details, while in record time. Her upbeat and friendly demeanor made the arduous experience pleasant. The facility itself is clean and bright, the loading dock is large and easily accessible from both street and storage units, and large, easily maneuverable carts are ready for use immediately adjacent to the dock area. If I could give Annie and Life Storage La Grange Park 10 starts, I would do so in a heartbeat!”

Thank God they had something available nearby, otherwise I'll have to bus it over to a different location. It's convenient, nearby and the rental has been easier every time. “Huge location with 2 lots, we spent about 5 minutes in the wrong place before we figured it out. But the staff was super helpful and quick to assist. Our truck was on the other lot and they quickly ran over and grabbed it for us. Super happy with my experience and one of the top uhauls I have been to, we were stuck with our bikes and U-Haul is cheaper than enterprise so we rented a small truck.”

“The girls that works there are too busy passing out phone numbers to men to pick up dates I suppose but besides that the trucks are okay attitude needs to be worked on more on the business less on personal time should be done on personal time not to get paid and picking up men at the same time in front of customers.”
“This Place is great. In and out quickly. All the employees know what they are doing and the make it easy for you to do your job. They work quickly and the helpful. The parking lot is big. Easy to pick up and drop off. This place is also easy to get to from the I55.”
“The truck I rented from Enterprise was clean and it was what I wanted a truck with a liftgate Penske would not rent me a truck with a liftgate so they lost out on my business. I have a fully endorsed CDL They said I had to have a commercial account to rent a truck with a liftgate

“So far this is the best Ryder location. Fuel island workers always there, no searching for someone to fuel like many other locations, service guys have mixed batteries, replaced fire extinguishers , and other things without making me wait 3 hrs like other locations. Thanks Bensenville guys especially the fuelers for doing your job. Hopefully other locations will take note of your work ethics.”

“easy to find, convenient, but was a little confusing and very hard to squeeze between all the cars and the box truck U-Haul's to drop off. We had to maneuvering in and unhook trailer and drive out backwards... But all in all..easy drop off.”
