If I can give it a 0 I would, very rude and no help at all, I did a change of address with her and she said I would get something in the mail for change of address, she didn’t explain nothing correctly, I come to find out she could’ve done it there with all my proof of documents I had, very lazy! Northlake, IL Post Office Do Better! Hire people that actually want to work!

Clerk #22 has the worst attitude. She is not customer friendly and if you speak at her, she does not speak back. It seems like if you aren't the same race as her, she demeans/belittles you and is very intimidating. At no point should any customer feel this way spending money and supporting her job. Maybe she needs to be put in the mail room and sort mail instead of making paying customers feel like this.

Very rude two ladies with “restrictions” one was more nicer than the other one she didn’t want to take in my package which my return pacifically says to bring it to USPS. Told me to bring it to another post office where a MAN works.

Haven't received any mail at all for most of the last week. Usually at least get junk mail. Expecting a package from Texas last Friday and still haven't received today. I've watched my local carrier often in the last few weeks. Very slow moving and haven't seen them come to my house at all, even though they park in front of my house. Usually late in the afternoon. I'm old and chronically ill, so I am almost always watching from my couch through large picture windows.

I called this post office for a package that I forgot to put someone's PO box to and the lady over the phone had the absolute worst customer service ever. All she said after sorting an issue out was "Okay. (silence). Okay. Bye." Welp, Karen clerk, you're probably going to get promoted to 204B sooner than later. I am not bashing the mail carriers by any means though because
I have a friend who is a T6 at the post office and so I know what the customer service is like and how awful the supervisors are.

I never been to this location. I was in the area and decided to stop in and send my package. Customer Service was nice. Clerks were very knowledgeable and professional with dealing with the ignorance of a rude customer. While waiting in line, I witnessed a customer be very rude to the clerk in which she didn’t raise her voice or stoop to the customer’s level. I’m very impressed on how the cashier handled the situation. There are some extremely obnoxious people in the world and love to come and ruin the happiness of others. Some people are angry without cause. I will definitely come back to this post office.

The women working there is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. She got mad at me for a misunderstanding and when I try explaining she would cut me off and got mad when I talked back to her. Hope she gets fired cause she clearly does not want to be there. Super UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
