I bought a $20.00 Apple gift card yesterday. When I got home and tried to redeem the card a message came up already redeemed. I tried again and again and still the same message. I called Walgreens and the third person I spoke to was the manager. I told her my story and she became extremely defensive. She said it's all over the news and has no control over gift cards. She said to contact Apple directly. I contacted my credit card company instead to dispute the charge. She said Walgreens should not be selling gift cards if they have an attitude like that. They should be standing behind there merchandise

This walgreens is terrible. The Pharmacy really needs to get it together. I understand the computer glitching occasionally. Yesterday I received a call that my prescription was ready, talked to a real life person. Asked about my other prescription that needed to be filled as well they said they were there. came to pick it up and they're saying it's not even there. Why was I called and told it was ready and even asked about my second prescription and then lied too I guess. The customer service here is a complete joke. I wish it wasn't such a hassle to change pharmacies.

I stopped going here about 2 years ago because the weight in the pharmacy is just ridiculous and I finally came back and again the wait is ridiculous over 4 hours with my prescription when I was told 90 minutes and even that's ridiculous, I don't care I will travel outside of my way or pay more money this place is no longer worth it 9 out of the 10 times that I come here it is for pharmacy purpose , the store is great The staff is great, The pharmacy no good

I had a "technician" pick up the phone and she asked if she could help me with anything, I said that I would like to speak with the pharmacist because it was regarding a dosage, which I knew a technician CANNOT help me with. She then asked again if she would be able to help me I said I do not think so since the prescriptions/dosages are to be made from the pharmacist. She had an attitude and said that she would transfer the call to the pharmacist who was busy with a client at that moment . I was placed on hold for a couple more minutes, when a different technician answered and asked me the same thing , I said the same and she also gave me attitude and "transferred the call to the pharmacist" where I was placed on hold for 10 mins only to have the call hung up. I called back and was given attitude when I asked the technician to transfer the call to the pharmacist once again and asked what was the names of the other technicians a male answered and stated that he did not know. I spoke with Najee a pharmacist who was very helpful and Jaqueline a technician as well very nice. This all happened because 2:45pm-3:30pm on 8/23/2023. I understand that we are all busy at this time but attitude and getting hung up is not appropriate for any establishment especially one that is supposed to be providing services to people.

Nobody is picking up the phone today 11-28-22. Have waited on phone for hours. Everything that stupid recording always says 2 callers ahead of you. Poor customer service. I will write to their corporate office.

Had a wonderful experience when I went to print out memorial cards for a service the next day. In an urgent situation, at 1am, Carrie was very helpful with getting my order printed and in my hands within 20 minutes. I cannot express how grateful I am for her willingness to stay and make sure I had my order. They turned out wonderfully. Highly recommended Carrie at this Walgreens.

On July 17 and 18 I went there the phamarcy crew answer me all the question and concern that I have with a smiles. They really helpful, friendly and kind.

What a depressing setting...nowhere NEAR the country and management thinks it's okay to play 100% country music? Eecchhh! Honestly i'll avoid this store at all costs until they change that horrendous soundtrack. Maybe let the employees choose the music?? They're the ones who are listening to it all day.

I just spoke to a new pharmacist Rozina at Northlake IL Walgreens. She was not only RUDE to me, she was making it seem like I was trying to get my pain medication too soon and that's why my insurance wouldn't pay for my meds. I have Caremark insurance and they only approve 7 days, so I use the goodrx app. I was trying to explain this to Rozina, she then told me I had to wait an additional hour and 30 mins. My script has already been there almost an hour. For a pharmacist that I've never spoken to, to treat me this way, is highly unprofessional and incredibly inappropriate! I have never been treated this way here before. Usually I call and let them know it needs to go under GoodRx and they say oh I see it in the notes, I have NEVER abused nor have I ever gotten my medication early and for Rozina to imply that's why my insurance wasn't covering it, is absolutely appalling. She even spelled out her name for me to make this review. If that's how Walgreens pharmacists are going to treat their patients, I'll go somewhere else from now on.
