This store is the armpit of Walmarts!There were so many things I wanted.Normally a different Walmart has.Then, only 1 cashier to check you out.They have her aisle blocked off so that you have to go through the self checkout line to get to her.Never again!

I went there on today July 15, 2023. I went and tried to get a ride on mobile cart because I recently had spinal surgery. Got on the cart unplugged it turned it on it said 100%. I started to drive away and an associate said it didn't work. I stated that it said 100% he said it will stop on you. He then said it one over there and pointed, I said where as he's walking away. I begin to follow him asking where. Then I ask for a manager he says I can't call for a manager & there's not one here. I ask 3 more associate and they say they can't call for a manager and they do think one's there. I walk to customer service desk and ask call they call for a manager. She says there's not one here, but I'll call for a lead associate. I state I want a manager. She call a lead associate at approximately 11:30ish I waited 15 minutes no one still didn't show up. I ask for there corporate number. If this is how they treat people with disabilities I don't want to spend another dime in their company! How are you running a store with no manager to make the associates are doing what the supposed to do and holding them accountable for their actions.

This is the dumbest and rudest Walmart that I've ever been to. Lazy and completely incompetent employees refused to exchange a bottle of motor oil that had the inner seal broken. Karen at customer service and the bitch "manager" who won't wear a name tag should be ashamed of themselves.

Most of the time I come for a pretzel but today I had a special mission I needed to deposit some cash to PayPal and couldn't figure it out and finally I did success. I was in line about 7:59 and was told by 8:00 maybe it was a minute or two later that they wouldn't let me or they couldn't let me do what I came to do because the center closed at 8:00. I asked for a different opinion and a very nice manager came and also told me it was impossible. "Make the impossible possible."

This walmart is the worst its never clean the employees are not helpful most of the time they dont have what u need the shelves are a mess items are always just thrown anywhere amd they are scamming us the item say one price but when u go to pay they charge u more DO NOT GO HERE

You are to card the person buying alcohol with the transaction. If a group comes in you card the person paying if multiple people pay you card all people that are paying. Ugly balled head 70yr old making 15 an hour at 70 wanted to card a 17yr old girl buying just an air mattresses, blanket, and soap. She's my boyfriends niece she just need to get stuff. Then UBH70Yr old wanted to run to the manager and go off about how I was going off on her for treating me like a child talking about " I know how you kids are." Properly train your employees so they know the actually regulations and make sure they know how to watch their mouth I was done talking to her there is no point in here rambling on purposely trying to annoy people into getting more frustrated. She also told me I could be quiet no ma'am I don't work for Walmart, they down own me so you watch how to talk to customers.

This review is for both the locations at Villa Park and Glen Ellyn. I would give it a "0" if I could. From 8:10pm to 9:00pm I dialed and redialed to talk to someone, anyone at Walmart to see what their customer service hours were. No one in the entire store would pick up the phone. I think I called about 15 times. Could count on my cell, but why bother, Walmart obviously doesn't. I had to endure that stupid COVID message every time I called. Is anyone really so interested in hearing about COVID that it has to be prioritized to be the first thing on every automated attendant system everywhere. I tried "0" to speak to someone, no one available. Tried "1" for pharmacy, there are closed (so why is it the first priority? Should have their own phone number) Tried "2" for Electronics, no one again. Tried "3" for Pick Up, again no one. Tried"4" for Deli, no one again. This should tell you that I memorized the number and its departments, because I called so often. While I was dialing and redialing, I was able to shop at Costco and Walgreens and get what I needed. Apparently, the lesson Walmart wants you to learn is that Walmart doesn't care about me....so why should I care about Walmart.

I understand with the latest covid surge them closing early again but it could be on the website. Drove all the way there, walked through the parking lot in the freezing cold weather and find out they're not open. There were cars in the lot so that's why I didn't notice. Probably employees cleaning?

As Jan 7th temporary closing 8 to 8 pm . Sucks when they could have updated their website to advise those who look their location the location happens to be nearest store in my area . Shame on u guys. it's 10 degrees out. could have save me a trip .

I will not come back to this store when I tried to check out the cashier said only if you were paying with a personal check or have tax exempt and walked away, I then waited three minutes in line to get up to a self check out register, and when I needed a price check because it was different from the shelf price the girl took her time swinging her keys and talking with the other "cashier" then says oh OK let me go and see what the shelf price says I told her forget it, it is not worth the wait. I just continued to check out and left. That is the last time here for me.
