I've had nothing but a pleasant experience with JEAN!! I originally called because i was struggling with finding SR22 insurance #1 for a good price i can afford & #2 in a time crunch! Jean reached out to me shortly after i went online. He was so genuine & respectful and he made me feel comfortable enough to move forward with Accurate for my SR22, it was my FIRST time getting auto insurance and had no clue what to do, Jean assisted me throughout the whole process with information on all my questions and helped me get the best price possible! His communication & knowledge that was beyond helpful, made me feel assured & comfortable through the process making sure i was aware of every step :) Definitely will recommend Accurate to anyone i come across needing car insurance!!! thanks so much Jean for the best first time Auto insurance experience!!!! :) keep up the fantastic work!!!!

It has taken me almost 1 1/2 months to process a claim, Dominique was super short with me just recently. She also wanted me to write a letter and send it in to remove a vehicle off my policy.I have been doing business with this agency for 14 years now with 5 different vehicles and this was the first ever time I was told I needed to send in a hand written letter. Quite disappointing customer service considering how competitive the market is now a days. When I call a gentleman picks up the line and immediately puts me on hold doesn't even take the 2 sesonds to greet me and start a conversation, that is poor earning a customer over the phone experience. I have referred my family to this company over the years but considering my recent experiences I myself am having second thoughts on renewing my policy this time. I was left in the dark with the agency they chose for me as the insurance provider. My insurance cards never get mailed to me unless I strictly ask for them or call back weeks later . If there is a branch manager or someone willing to reach out and make things right I wouldn't mind renewing my policy. I understand mistakes get made and people aren't always in the best mood but the lack of customer service is not ok with me . I can take my money elsewhere

Would be a better review but they never seem to complete their task. Ex: I received an email to follow a link to give this review but I still have not received the email containing any of my insurance documents. If I was to to get pulled over right now in Illinois I’m screwed ???
