My daughter (24) went to this store to purchase a new phone and new line to be added to our family plan. Once there, she called me and advised that the store needs me to physically be there for her to add a new phone/line to our account. I then travel to the store to assist with this purchase. He begins the long process and the questions he was asking didn't seem to make sense in light of us adding to the family plan and so I asked, several times, are you sure you're adding this new line to our current family plan?? They assured me they were because duh, that's why I had to come down to the store. At one point, he even brought over another rep to confirm he was doing it right. Two weeks later, I receive a separate bill for this new line and IT IS NOT ADDED TO OUR FAMILY PLAN. I can't even begin to tell you what a complete NIGHTMARE this was to fix and as I write this and receive yet another separate bill from AT&T that I will pay just for my mental health. I am so angry at this store. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service (which is awful) and 90 minutes at an AT&T store just to get another bill in the mail! I will never return this store.

Leo was extremely helpful & knowledgeable! We got greeted as soon as we walked in and then Leo was sent to us to assist. He walked us through everything from start to finish! It was an awesome experience! Keep up the good work Leo! We will be back !!

Scott bad customer service had me waiting 10-15 minutes on the table n he took like 4-5 customers more unprofessional service never go to this place never resolve my problem on my phone

God awful. Was one of four customers there as soon as the doors opened once they found out it wasn’t a sale they immediately became uninterested and no longer wanted to assist . Aaron worst customer service.

My name is Joy H. i am using my daughter’s account because my phone COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN on me all of a sudden on October 22nd for no reason, didn’t drop it or anything.. I bought my phone 3 months ago..I took it to Geek Squad the next day they can’t do anything & told me to take it to Apple store which is 2 HOURS away from me. I went to the store & they asked me if I have an appointment I told them I cant make one coz I don’t have a phone..so they made me wait 4 hours!!! After I waited for 4 HOURS they asked me about my Apple password but it’s all in the phone!! They gave a small piece of paper with a number to call & let me go!!!! I cried! All my bills/mortgage/work schedule/bank are in my phone! I went to Tmobile the next day & they were able to retrieve my phone number & email @ least with the use of a sim card & using my son’s phone, thank God & thank you tmobile, so smart & helpful! It’s been almost a week I have no phone coz Apple told me will ‘call’ me on the 28th! Extremely inconvenient & frustrating! I never thought that I would experience this with Apple. It’s a great lesson to me to not to purchase directly from Apple again due to devices that can’t be trusted & very poor service & not to trust every thing on electronics..

My 32 day old AirPod Pro 3’s have already hit battery failure. Wasted an hour of my day fully expecting them to stand behind the product and simply swap them out. Because the battery was dead they couldn’t run diagnostics and because they couldn’t run diagnostics they couldn’t simply swap them. They’re replacing the case instead. They won’t ship them to me, so I have to drive back to Oakbrook to get the replacement case in 3-5 days wasting another hour plus of my time.
Shitty service. I’d love to say I’ll switch to Android. We’ll see if I truly make the swap. Apple’s customer support sucks.

Absolutely horrible company, unless it was just this store. I have an apple case that is clearly defective and indeed not normal wear and tear as it’s just a garbage case. Had it less than a year and issue started happening on corners within 1-2 months. These cases shouldn’t do this ever. They did not give me a new one, they made me was 30 monitored to get the answer. Horrible!!! Horrible product and horrible service!!

They are placing open box/ returned merchandise back for sale without checking it first. So do not buy any merchandise if box is not sealed

The pinned 📌 location is not appropriate, please fix the pin location. Now I know where it is exactly, but the first time when I came it was difficult to find and my friend also faced the same problem.
The customer service I believe is a little slow at this location, everybody have their own experience, for me after been to this location to a couple of times, only to pick up an already online ordered phone, which hardly should be an in and out, but no it takes them a while just to do that simple process, staff members have that super busy look, busy as they are launching some rocket to moon, lol, may be thats how they are trained to look busy all the time, but that is not the case my friends, so relax and do the job with a little ease and a bit quickly, otherwise we are defeating the purpose of online shopping, if we are not saving the precious time which I tried to save by placing an online order.
May be a little improvement in this area is required.

The customer service was pretty bad and confusing. You are first “welcomed” by a harassed employee who takes your name and tells you to wait “over there”. No niceties, no beg your pardon and thank you.
The technician I started the buying process with was great, but for some reason she stopped helping midway through the process when another guy took over, and then another, then the second guy again and then the third again. It was 7 pm and the store is open until 8, so I could not blame it on a midday shift change or anything like that.
Eventually stuff got done and new phone bought, but the experience was far from great. I would not shop again in this store.
