I had the pleasure of working with two different people, Jason and Joel, and both of them were incredible! I had a genius bar reservation, which I would recommend if you need any repairs, and they were quick to help and solve my problems. Very impressed with the service at this Apple store.

One of the laziest places I've been to. Went in at 7:25 to get a phone and trade in without doing any sort of data transfer and they said they could sell me a phone but couldn't do a trade in since it takes a long time to diagnose the trade in phone. Sakd we dont do any trade ins after 7:30 and i looked at my phone and it was 7:31. They had 6 people at the front just standing around in a circle jerk with their ipads doing absolutely nothing but couldn't help me trade in a phone and process a single trade in. I hope they replace your jobs with AI so you wonder what happened. Absolute joke for a near 3 trillion dollar company.

Beyond horrible service. Ordered a Ultra 2 watch for an anniversary present on April 1st to be shipped to Oakbrook. Delivery on April 4th. On the 4th we received ONE delivery delay notification. UPS tracking indicates a "label was created" but not picked up. Called customer service at both Oakbrook and the APPLE toll free number. No updates no information etc etc etc.Today I find out that the watch is actually in stock at the Oakbrook store ready within 2 hours.Dealing with Apple is totally useless.A BBB complaint will most definately be filed.This image is the ONLY email we have received regarding the order.Do yourself a favor and go with Android.

Abdullah has been an amazing help for me after I had such a rough experience with another Apple Store and even the customer service reps I spoke with on the phone many times. I could not believe his level of reassurance when I thought I was going to lose my iCloud account forever. He helped me gain access back to it in no time. He was experienced with the technology and most importantly showed kindness. He is a dedicated worker and his personality is the absolute best to come across. I appreciate everything he helped me with and all the things we discussed in that process. Thank You Abdullah. This is Nivien by the way :)

TLDR: When they offer a replacement, be extremely sure of what you are paying for because once you receive the product, they will conveniently no longer take it back, even if its not what they led you to believe that you were paying for.Took in my ipad pro which was not working in for inspection. They said it was dead and would need to buy a replacement, but if I turned int he one I had it would be cheaper. At multiple point, the apple team members said I'd be getting the latest M2 ipad pro as the replacement, so I was happy to pay the $500 for the replacement, what a deal!The replacement comes, I get the product and its a first gen Ipad pro. which I overpaid $150-200 for. I called multiple times, and they said they were unable to do anything and not even able to take the product back.Word of advice; when you are offered a replacement, just be very clear about what you are getting and paying for.The team members were all really nice and courteous, however, it took so long to get ahold of anyone via phone only to then be told nothing could be done. Disappointing.

Chynna was great and super cool. She helped me pick out between the series 9 and Ultra 2 apple watch. Thats the type of person Apple needs as a manager!

Went here bc my phone was locked due to security & interface issues. Asshats here claimed they couldn’t do anything since I only had so much information LIKE A PROOF OF PURCHASE, ID, THE PHONE NUMBER & MORE. My problem was eventually solved by another far better location however Steve Jobs would be disappointed in that instance.

I was brought the i14 6 months ago it’s under warranty, the problem is some time I can’t call and call forward. I tried over the phone customer care and at the store but they didn’t solve my problem. I don’t know what to do with this??? who the responsible iPhone or version. they used like scores ball.

I went in to ask questions about buying a new computer and ran into the perfect person. Justin was the most knowledgeable and informed me very well on the best route to go. He wasn’t pushy just trying to sell me something. He cared and had patience with me. He deserves an award!!

I had a horrendous experience. Jesus, one of the employees, lied to my face about a battery replacement, saying it would be covered by Apple care; after the battery was replaced he lied to his GM in front of me, alleging that he said I would need to pay because Apple care didn’t cover the replacement. This is an out right lie, spoken by a spineless employee in an attempt to save his job after an error. Really, it’s mostly his fault, just for being a shell of a man, void or any moral fiber.But the upper management is to blame as well at this cesspool of deceit. It is absolutely despicable for employees or a multi-billion dollar company to screw over customers… for the company! It doesn’t even cost them anything to be honest, it only costs Apple, which caries money in their costs to cover the expense of employee error. Paul, his GM, essentially agreed that being a customer of a company as big as Apple means you will get bulldozed; if you recognize it’s wrong, do something about it. Don’t make me pay for your employees mistakes.

Hasn’t changed. Not enamored with the whole process of scheduling service. It gives you the option to choose Best Buy but when you have a hardware problem they just ship it to Apple for repair or you can goto an Apple Store (after scheduling another appointment). Maybe I’ll save someone else a trip.
