I love shopping for my products at this store! The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable about their products, and quick to offer a sample of their absolutely delicious hot tea on a cold day! I love the Smooth Infusion anti-frizz/static shampoo and conditioner during these cold winter months when I have so much trouble with flyaway hair…it absolutely works miracles. Thank you to the Oakbrook crew at the store for always being so kind and helpful! You guys are great!

This is my first time at this Aveda location. Veronika and Gina were Excellent !! Veronika assisted me with purchase and Bday gift ! Excellent customer service ! I will definitely return back to this location !!

What a wonderful experience chatting with the worker! I am in love with this location. The manager there is so sweet! Great work knowing products and interacting.

After my purchase the employee asked if I wanted a bag. It was obvious they were being rude as I only bought one $30 item and didn't buy several items they were trying to push on me. Before I was even out of the store they were talking to an employee in the back about lunch. No thank you, no goodbye no have a nice day. The 2 stars is because as much as this salesperson was not good at their job, Aveda has nice products. Will purchase online next time directly.

I drove to the Aveda in Oak Brook Mall, walked thru the rain, pulled at their doors at 12:40 and they are not opened when the sign posted clearly stated that their hours today were from 11 AM to 6 PM. I called their customer service line for someone to let me know that maybe they're running late... it is 112:40 they are more than late also she asked me did I call the number that was posted? Why should I be calling the phone number on the paper isn't that your duty as customer service to your company? Well I did call the phone number that was posted and all it said was leave a message. That's all she could do for me. I am a loyal customer, sure 33k points in my loyalty account may not mean much to you or your company. I will begin my search for alternative hair care products that offer the same or better benefits that Aveda products can provide.

The dark-haired lady named Victoria is very rude. I live 45 minutes away just went there tonight to exchange one product I had paid cash for and I had my receipt. They didn’t have the product which was not her fault but she then told me that they can only issue a store credit. I was so frustrated as it clearly states on the receipt that I had the cash will be issued for cash returns. She was not at all helpful I told her that was fine if I could use the credit for an online purchase and her reply was well I don’t know. Aveda products are entirely too expensive to deal with shoddy customer service. Now I have a store credit that I will certainly not use at that location and I cannot use it online. Before I even left the store she was on her cell phone taking a personal call she’s completely unprofessional and I am very frustrated with the entire experience.

I’m not the type to leave reviews but when I went in in December and tonight I was treated with nothing but attitude as if me just taking a step into this store bothered the lady with dark hair working. i went in around 6 and wasn’t welcomed or anything just was given attitude when asking questions.the previous time in december i told her i was using cash to pay when i was at checkout and she rolled her eyes at me and said something under her breath ignorantly. i let it go before but tonight with the SAME lady was my last straw with coming here! never coming to this location again. i hope management sees this and reconsiders who they have working!!!

At your store in Oakbrook Mall and it’s still closed when the sign said that it opens at 12 pm on Sunday’s with no other signs. I came here from far just for this store. There is a line of people here and no one in the store and no answer when we are calling the store number.

Wonderful products & knowledgeable staff who do their best to guide you to the best products. During the pandemic customers can't sample make-up or skin care products & they have had to suspend the hot tea offering when you enter the store. Masks required & staff are masked at all times.
