The fake manager patricia is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She doesn't greet you or ask if you need help finding anything. She stands around talking to other employees and even was eating on the floor. This is such bad business and immature behavior. Not returning!

Came back into the store to see if my pickup order was ready. As I’m grabbing a few items 2 employees name Patrica are up front talking about which point system is better at Sephora or Ulta. I ask to check out and pick up my order which is her job to do but instead tells me I have to go up front to the register. Go to the register and the sweet cashier told me it was at the front after verifying my id twice . Now I had to go back to Patrica to get my pickup and verify after she was done having her conversation with another employee and my purchase was up front the whole time and all she had to do was hand it to me and check me out since she had nothing to do besides gossip in the corner and stand in front of the door
