I Have been dealing with George for over the year \\u0026 let me tell you he is the man to go to! He is incredibly knowledgeable especially when I first walked into the door he was friendly, and helpful every step of the way even on text! He was patient with me as I looked at different clothing \\u0026 accessories not feeling pressured to buy ! Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at this Store. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

ACTUAL SCORE: 0/5 My initial encounter with this establishment was an eye-opening experience. Upon entering, my family and I were racially discriminated against/profiled. The associates proceeded to alert one another via headset and engaged in threat deterrence measures, placing the ropes in front of the door, having security/fellow associates follow us around, and putting themselves between myself and the doors while trying on the product. Furthermore, the second I asked to see a particular product, the VERY first thing the associate stated was, "Just so you know, this product cost 1,500.00 dollars." In a demeaning manner, as if someone of my ethnicity couldn't afford the product I was seeking. Therefore, I left and took my business to Gucci. However, when I returned with my Gucci bags, I received a different response from the associates. Now, it was as if I held the proper credentials to afford something from this establishment. The associates were energetically engaged and welcoming. This time, the discriminatory associate (Sharon Rosenstein) even offered me her business card once my purchase was completed. Overall, the customer experience was horrible!!! No one deserves to be racially discriminated against and profiled just because they don't align with the ideal images of the employees inside Burberry's establishment. To make matters worse, I completed the survey with Burberry IMMEDIATELY, informed them of this information, and have yet to be contacted by ANYONE regarding this entire ordeal and, it's been over a month. Therefore, I returned this purchase with Sharon Rosenstein and bought another online since Sharon does not deserve to receive ANY commission from me or anyone else. Burberry has some SERIOUS work to do at this establishment because there are a lot of unethical practices occurring and based on your lack of response, one can only assume that it's acceptable behavior. #NoResponseIsAResponse

Love the product assortment. I sometimes shop by appointment or simply stop by and always receive an amazing service. They take time and style me when I have events to go to. George and Elizabeth both assist me and I highly recommend them both equally.

bought a pair of shoes that turn out to be a very uncomfortable product (possibly deflective). Burberry told me to go to the store and have the manager name George to check the shoe, he did not even check the pair - and as usual "i would like to help you and i understand but we can not do anything", paying $1000 for a pair of shoes that you can even wear them for 40 minutes is a shame. Very disappointed from Burberry, and from store management.

As I could not reply directly to Dhimiter Bello let me add some details for our clients. The “possibly” defective shoes were purchased a year and 3 months ago and were used too. Our return exchange policy is 14 days for UNWORN items. The Arthur sneakers was our best selling shoe at the time and were not defective. Interesting how the shoes became uncomfortable after a year

If I could give zero stars I would. Appalled by the experience with the Manager, Elizabeth Beneitz today. I bought a bag from Downtown Chicago on 8/17, decided the bag was too small for my taste. Brought the bag into the store on 8/18 to return. Elizabeth said she cant take the bag back because there was a tiny "dot" on the bottom of the bag. I asked what dot as the bag was never even taken out of the box. I contacted customer service and even provided pics while I was still in the store. Customer Service agreed that he couldnt see this "dot" and that it could be the variation of the cow hide. Elizabeth contacted security on me and had both my husband and I escorted out. What a complete shock by such treatment and brutality. I would have expected such treatment at a Walmart, but at Burberry!??!? We are completely appalled by Elizabeth's accusations, defamation, lack of customer service and disrespectful demeanor. This "manager" was quick to throw her colleague under the bus when I said I didnt even open the box to inspect the bag. She said all associates are suppose to show the bag from top to bottom and that it was the sales associate fault. So, then why am I being penalized here?!?!?! This manager needs to go through retraining or perhaps a different line of work is suited for her. Her manhandling attitude doesnt quite fit the supposedly high end atmosphere. The way she talked down to us and making these accusations, and putting down her colleague. I question the Burberry philosophy about valuing customers, team work, and code of ethics. For one, I will never shop at Burberry, again. They just lost a long time customer. My experience yesterday caused me enough strife to never support this company--especially not the Burberry located in Oakbrook. Trust me, I will be contacting Corporate Office regarding this.

The sales rep in the OAK BROOK, IL location (Elizabeth) went above and beyond to get me a shoe that I was looking everywhere for my son’s birthday. She was so NICE & SWEET. The shoe was *SOLD OUT* online and only 1 left in the size I was looking for…..That was in Florida!!!! She went out of her way to get the shoe from Florida to OAK BROOK, IL for me ❤️ I truly appreciate a person like her. She gets 10 stars in my book

No WONDER YOU ONLY HAVE A 3.8 rating in your reviews. From your ghetto & ignorant cashier to her manager! You forget it’s the customer that keeps you employed! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION! They do not have an understanding what “customer service” looks like. Shame on you Burberry!

I had a terrible experience with the Oakbrook, IL store today. They left me on hold for 40 minutes. I had to hang up and call back. The manager was very un helpful on a product that is having quality control issues. I would never purchase anything from this store.

George is like my family there, always treating me and mines great. He takes time to listen and he checks me out so fast.Francesca is super kind and I love her on every Christmas!!! I have sweet memories of how she s always helping me shop on Christmas and I have a pleasant experience with her, as well. They are all sweet there, I am happy with the new team!

The customer service in this place is horrible. Everybody needs new training including the managers. How do you allow your staff to be rude to a customer when your just an employee.
