I made an appointment at this location and was pleased that they had multiple available! I needed a specialized saving account to be created and the two previous banks were unable to help me. I am so lucky I found this location which knew how to create the account! My banker Cat D was so knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole process easy! Thank you!!!

Working with Chase has been a nightmare. Throughout the process my husband and I have been treated as if our questions were an inconvenience and unnecessary. As a first time home buyer, I will of course have questions and want to make sure we're on top of everything that is needed to move forward with our home loan. Even after the clear to close, they sent out an email the very next day sayings a "glitch" in there system required redisclosures that required a delay in our closing. The sellers of the property graciously agreed to the change, only for Chase to come back on the closing date requesting a CTC letter from the buyers of our current home. They claimed that item was in the disclosures they gave us, however Chase at no point emailed or verbally asked for that document when requesting the other documents needed. They've been throwing the blame around to the underwriters, client care specialist, loan officer and even us. At this point we have no idea exactly where the ball was dropped and the loan officer claims her manager is on vacation and that no one else can have the issue escalated on such a time sensitive issue. I cannot believe I was in tears during our closing meeting, where I imagined to be happy and excited to start the new chapter of our growing family in. I absolutely do not recommend Chase and would caution anyone from using them.

So. Nordstrom started new wave of harassment and abuse of power agents all regulations of state towards their employees. They start mandatory mask for all employees regardless of all absurd and nonsense of this Measure.

I’ve tried calling and booking a personal shopping experience for a friend with two vm and a talk with customer service that someone will “get back to me in 20 minutes.” This is such disappointing customer service, especially since we want to give you business! What happened to this tried and true store?

The phone number it's completely useless. You call the branch and you're put through a generic corporate customer service series of automatic prompts sitting around waiting forever. And you just can't get through to a live person that is actually physically at the branch. What is the point. I had a simple question and I couldn't even get an answer luckily I'm a Chase Private Client I wanna use that phone number it was similar in the past I would get through a live person within less than a minute with my Chase private client. Then when I told her what the issue was with the branch where I couldn't get a hold of anyone she started getting loud with an attitude and abruptly transferred me to some other person without even letting me know. Chase really does not care about their customers anymore. I am looking into other banks and or credit unions to transfer my money ASAP.

Poor customer service. Yesterday 3/20/21 I was at your store looking at clothes in the women’s area. I seen a table and bench with jeans on them. When I went to turn I noticed my new jeans I just wore for the first time were torn. As I looked down I seen a piece of metal was sticking out from the side of the bench. I found one of your employees and told her what had happened. She want and removed the bench but never nothing was said about my jeans. I left the store feeling as if I was to blame. After that I don’t think I will purchase anything from your store again.

Finally open after the COVID stint...so excited to return and shop in person only to be super disappointed in Return Lines and overall poor Customer Service. What happened to the Nordstrom’s I knew where Customer service used to be paramount.

Excellent customer service. I was looking for a dress for a wedding we’re attending in 3 weeks and there was so many to choose from that I was getting overwhelmed. Sina approached us and helped me choose different styles and some I would’ve never considered. She was patient and very helpful giving her advice. I ended up choosing 2 dresses but she was unable to find my size in store so she did some detective work and found them to be shipped. She was super friendly throughout the whole process and I’d recommend her if you visit Nordstrom Oak Brook. She’ll be the person I’ll ask to help me with the next time I find myself needing a dress or outfit.

Nordstrom Oak Brook is the best, they have the best customer service. Please go see Dana Fairman in the Shoes and Bags....she is amazing, xtremely knowledgeable, and patient!!

The restaurant is amazing! It is a great lunch spot. We've had Jodie L as our waitress every time and she is fabulous. She was great to talk to, quick with service, and very helpful with recommendations and ways to personalize the food how we wanted it. Definitely going back and will request her!
