Super easy! Carvana offered the best price, had the convenience of coming to pick up the vehicle, and the representative picking up the vehicle was friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend to others!

This was probably the easiest and the smoothest car transaction that I ever gone through. I will do this again.

Wow, talk about a painless transaction. Just sold my car to Carvana, Vivian was the lady that came to pick it up. I was given a window of 2pm-5pm, she arrived around 230pm. She contacted me a few times to update her arrival time. She did a quick inspection and test drive, came inside my home to finish up the paperwork.Vivian was polite, friendly, and most of all professional. The next car I buy will be from Carvana for sure. I might even get it out of the vending machine.

My experience was from selling a car to carvana. I elected to drop the car off at their oakbrook location to get the maximum amount. The price appraised on their website was the price on the check. All paperwork is via Adobesign. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

My experience was absolutely horrible. I have been trying to purchase a 2022 Toyota Highlander for over 2 weeks. Someone from their team sent the wrong paper work to my bank. Do that delayed the process. Then after 2 weeks of trying to get things in order the car was set to be delivered. The agent came to my house with the car and inspected my trade in. My trade in was in bad shape. I was completely honest of how bad shape the trade in was. The agent then declined to take the trade in. I offered to pay cash instead but was told they can’t change it the. It would take time to change all the paperwork. She assured me I could have it all completed and have the car delivered tomorrow I had to call back in to have my order updated. But this agent instead of putting the order on hold canceled the order. I was told it could take up to 5 days to be able to purchase the vehicle again. This vehicle was already registered in my name and insured by me. My bank had already released the funds for this vehicle. My husband and I took off of work to be available for the delivery of the vehicle and lost approximately 1600 in income for 2 days of work which is more than the trade in was worth. This whole process was an absolute nightmare! I would never recommend it to anyone ever!!!!!!!!! I did my research prior to committing and Carvana was the lowest price by far but I would ratherPay more for better service. The only answer I ever received from anyone was sorry we are doing our best. It should really not take over 2 weeks to purchase a vehicle especially when you have good credit scores and the financing already lined up.

This place sucks.. run miles away from this . The whole concept revolves around a car vending machine and completely ignoring the overall customer experience with some very rigid and unreasonable process. The staff on floor are not empowered to make any calls. No wonder they are going out of business

My recent experience with Carvana in Oak Brook was nothing short of exceptional. In an industry not typically known for convenience, Carvana's model shines, especially for those looking to sell their vehicle with ease and confidence.A standout feature of this location is their accommodating schedule, offering late appointments on Fridays. This flexibility was perfect for my needs, allowing me to sell my car promptly and without having to rearrange my busy workweek. Their hours meant that I could finalize the sale on Friday evening and be ready to visit the dealership for a new vehicle first thing Saturday morning, streamlining the entire car-switching process. When it came to the valuation of my car, Carvana's offer significantly outpaced that of the dealership. In fact, they offered over twice the amount for a trade-in, which was a pleasant and financially beneficial surprise. The discrepancy in trade-in values alone is a compelling reason to consider Carvana before settling for a dealer's offer. The process at Carvana was the epitome of simplicity. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who promptly took care of the transaction. All it took was driving up, handing over the keys, and letting them perform a quick inspection of the vehicle. There were no unnecessary hoops to jump through or lengthy negotiations. The payment process was equally streamlined. I opted for an ACH transfer, and it was handled swiftly and without any complications. The no-fuss approach to selling my car was refreshing and greatly appreciated. For those contemplating a trade-in, Carvana in Oak Brook should be a top contender. Their efficient process, generous valuation, and convenient appointment times create a user-friendly experience that stands in stark contrast to the often tedious traditional dealership trade-in process.

Sync up the state laws and make sure you tell owners and co-owners everything over the phone before having them drive and wait in your limited space. Also please hire some people who know how to screw plates on and take them off. People are making sales with you all and since you operate sort of like a dealership, we expect you to act like one. IL requires both plates(dealerships responsibility to be on the car, not the windows).

First off... i must say, i was there when we had snow the night before and they took someone's trade into the back to check it out. I saw one of the guys back there scraping the hood with the hard end of a ice scraper... that alone made me not want them to check my trade out. Who does that? This is the start of what you are dealing with at Carvana...So this was my second time trying Carvana... First time they told me (in the contract) that I could get my trade back if I didn't want the car I bought, I didn't like the car I bought and asked to get my trade back and they told me I couldn't as they had a policy change 3 days after I signed the contract. After about 3 weeks of back and forth, they finally delivered my trade back to my house but had scheduled it about 5 times and cancelled because they couldn't find my trade on their lot... The car I bought was decent but had a ton more scratches than Carvana mentioned and it also had panels that were not spaced properly like it had been in an accident. The floormats were all curled up and had stains in them which was annoying because they just throw them in the trunk after cleaning them... Overall it was a bad experience and I said I wouldn't do business with them again...Sure enough, I found a car they have that I wasn't able to find anywhere else in the area. I locked it up and set a date to go see it. I texted the day before with a carvana advocate letting them know I needed to test drive the car before buying it and or signing off on all of the paperwork and they said I will have 10-15 minutes to drive the car to decide if I want to go through with it... sure enough I drive an hour up there only to have the kid there tell me they don't allow for any test drives. I said I won't buy a car without buying it... they said I could go through all the paperwork, get my plates off my truck and take delivery of the new car to test drive it and if I didn't want to keep it, within 15 minutes, I could have the deal cancelled. That's a lot of work that I didn't have time to deal with at the time so I told them I would like to just check the car out. Don't need to drive it but just wanted to see the interior and so forth in person. They said they don't allow people to look at the car prior and wouldn't give me the keys. I then just told them I am going to hold off and drove home while texting with a Carvana agent. They said they were sorry for the issue and worked to reschedule my visit. I asked them to schedule a delivery but after a half hour of them looking at dates/times that work for them or me, they booked it and i found that it was for an in person at facility pickup. At that point I was just over it and decided to give them that last chance. Today was my pickup day and I scheduled to be off of work for 3 hours during lunch to go get the car... i am working in the AM and get a call from Carvana 3 hours prior to my appointment letting me know that the car didn't make it to the location... this is the same car I just saw at the location 3 days prior and also told them I was coming back for it. That was it for me, i just told them to cancel the deal and I will work with someone who actually cares to earn my business... I mean this was a slam dunk sale for them, i was sold 100% and they found a way to make me run... They don't care. they are a big company just treating us like we are nothing so be prepared for waiting in the lobby, slow workers and terrible customer service before and after the purchase.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a car and was promised it would be ready for pick up on January 8th well 2 days before I was to drive and pick up the vehicle I get a text saying it was delayed. So a week later was my new pickup date here we are 2 days before pickup and another delay. Now I can’t pickup until the 24th of January another week and a half later. I’m canceling my order and recommending everyone I know not to use Carvana. Worst experience ever!!!!!

First time purchasing from here pickup for today is already delayed by two weeks who knows if they're going to keep lying and pushing it back, bought insurance and everything now carvana is just a complete waste of time and money. If I knew this sooner I would not have bought from here, extremely disappointed yet not surprised I should have known from all these bad reviews.
