Having a Citibank credit card for Costco that has been compromised. Requested replacement card, and after 15 days have not received it. requested, through their customer service, a new card to be expedited delivery. Citibank, as a policy of the bank, does not send out expedited delivery. You have to wait 7 to 10 days for the card to be replaced. If I could do business with Costco using any other credit card, I would do that. I would never choose CTI bank for any banking needs. NEV ER!

Me and my husband co-opened the business account with Citi bank at Oakbrook location, we were told to receive our debit cards, we waited for three days, we didn’t received ours. My husband called and didn’t get answer. so we didn’t know what to do. So, he wrote that one star review and then he received two debit cards, and I still haven’t received mine. I called to ask for help, I gave her my SSN and my Name, then she said she couldn’t help me, ask me call back again..we have a personal account with Citi bank for years. I really disappointed with the services.

Nazia is the nicest and most helpful Wealth Manager. She has left an indelible impression on me and I will refer all my family and friends to work with her! Scammer attempted to empty my acct 2 times from this location. Not the ATM.My card has been in my possession, so this is an electronic scheme at play. 8/13 and again 8/14. These attempts were not successful but they did succeed another location a few days later. Obvs they should have been red flagged in your vetting process if this was with a teller.

CITI bank is new to us. We walked into this branch lobby, Mr. Bieuher in the counter was friendly and hospitable, he pointed us to Mr. Morris, a banker, to help us. Mr. Morris was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all our questions very clearly. He made us felt very comfortable. A young man Fernando was another staff in the counter also friendly and helpful. We had a good experience. Thanks.

We walked into this Citibank Oak Brook branch to inquire about international bank transfers. Brian Morris NMLS ID: 576528 was called from one of the back rooms by a teller to tend to us. We asked Mr. Morris questions regarding transfers from abroad from one Citibank to a US Citibank, and he said they are different and can’t be done. Ok. Then we asked other questions to which he replied to all of them, "I don't know...I don't know..." Very dismissive, as if we were a burden on his time. He maintained his crossed hands, as if to suggest he was professional and calm yet, could not answer basic questions. We then asked how we could accomplish what we needed done, to which he replied, “You would need a Citigold Account for that,” and that was that. For a Citigold account, a monthly balance of $200,000 is required. We were not offered an opportunity to open this account. There was just silence on Mr. Morris’ end.We then decided to visit a different Citibank branch (Lombard). A teller warmly greeted us upon entering. We expressed to her what we needed done, and she immediately mentioned it was possible with Citibank’s “Global Transfer” service. She introduced us to a personal banker and answered all of our questions, in detail. Needless to say, a friendship was established with this visit to the Lombard branch.We went back to the Oak Brook branch to speak with the branch manager, Lydia Casas, to inform her about our experience with one of her staff. The teller said she was on a conference call and could not meet with us. Our contact number was taken and was told she would get back with us. We’re still waiting.

I like my service but the ATM machines need an update ASAP!!! It’s so difficult to get your card out, when you’re done. Especially if you have on nails!Scared me the first time! Don’t appreciate the added anxiety just from bank errand.?
