My mind wandered off, and I forgot to place my products on the conveyor. 1 of the 2 team members working the registers was annoyed with that fact, and her tone was rude while she questioned me if I was already pre-scanned. She then proceeded to place my things on the conveyor in a visibly upset manner. Tran ID: 5186 000 11848, date: 07/05/2025 at 18:25 time. OP#: 126, whse : 388, TR: 11, Trn: 390. I was already negatively primed from the fact that cosco does not price match other retailers, and thus, I started to question my membership at that moment.

My visit took place in the afternoon before a holiday. Extremely busy! The hardest part of this visit was driving in the parking.

This Costco is less busy than either the 75th & Rt 59 Costco or the one in Oak Brook. Itâs so easy to get in and out from this location.

Great location. Clean store. Very helpful staff. Tasty samples.
I canât say enough good things about this location and the staff.
Lots of parking even on busy days.
Getting gas is a breeze as well.

The shelves are generally neat and the staff is helpful. Still a hard working and friendly staff. Still only 4 stars because a lot of items aren't consistently in stock, and the parking lot is a madhouse.

Older British man helped me in customer service, very condescending, didnât listen to what I said, didnât resolve my issue and started getting angry once I told him I already understand what he was talking about and that it wasnât the issue. Believe his name was John, wouldnât recommend him, should definitely not be interacting with customers with his âIâm better than youâ attitude.
