We had the most wonderful time at the C&B Oakbrook location for our wedding registry! We were greeted and checked in by Sue, who began our appointment by discussing our needs and wants to help direct our registry picks and store touring. We were late given a complimentary wedding gift of paired stemless wine glasses. Later, we dined at The Table in which we were given complimentary glasses of champagne to celebrate with. All in all, we felt very special and appreciated and there was genuine excitement from staff regarding our upcoming nuptials that won’t be forgotten. Thank you to all at this location and especially Sue for making today so wonderful and fun!

I came into your store because the wedding gifts that we had purchased all came separately in very big boxes .Kim not only found me smaller ones but nicely wrapped every item! She was fabulous !! Kim even gave me a tip on how to make homemade bows with tulle!!!

Horrible, drove 1 hour to be told at the door that they would be closing 2 hours early. Rushed with items in my hand. Rosemary was the lady’s name I will not be returning to this store. Website states 9PM closing I was rushed out and door locked at 7pm with guest's being denied entry. Unbelievable

Skinny, middle aged cashier with platinum blonde short haircut on the register today needs to be on the floor or out the door with her horrible attitude. Some of the cashiers only want to service white people and it’s very telling, every other ethnicity has to wait but them and the line for the holidays is very disorganized. Get a better system in place, friendlier staff, and racist women off the registers. I won’t be back.

Purchase a glass Christmas tree and the item went on sale a few days later. I requested a a price match because I purchase the item less than 30 days ago. They stated they can only price match up to 7 days. I told them I could return and purchase the item again at the sale price. They still refused. Any other store would have issued the credit. Poor customer service.

I purchased a Brabantia Matte Black Dual Compartment Bo Touch trash bin with pick up in store. This is a nearly $300 trash bin and this store attempted to give me a used, severely dented, out of box trash can. When I asked if there were other bins in box that I could be given, the sales person said they had no idea and walked away.The representative working the pick up area Becca, was an absolute horror. When she arrived back to the desk to assist me, I mentioned to her, that the other sales person hadn’t addressed my inquiry about an alternate bin. She immediately said there weren’t anymore without even looking in the system. She seemed to realize I noticed this and said, ‘oh let me see!’ And magically there were no other bins when she looked. I requested a refund of purchased which she processed, but she couldn’t give me a receipt claiming it would come via email. I still don’t have a confirmation of cancellation in my email. I work in architecture and design running a showroom for a major commercial manufacturer. Our entire collection of cutlery and plate ware for 40 guests, came from this company due to my suggestion. I personally have two Hugger sofas in my home amongst many other pieces. I am appalled that they tried to give me an opened box used item as if it were acceptable, with no explanation, then treated me as if I were a bother for requesting assistance getting a new item. You have effectually lost my personal and work life business. I will never refer nor shop with this company again.

Very disappointed with my customer service experience at this store. I set up my whole wedding registry here, which included a sizable amount of items. We were gifted several items that were not requested and we already have. I took them to the store with tags still ON and items in their original packages. Clearly unused. The very rude manager informed me I cannot return or exchange them because I am not aware who purchased them. We're not talking hundreds of dollars. Maybe $20 top per item. These items are crate and barrel brand so there is no way they were purchased elsewhere. I am at a loss as to why anyone would be so rude and unaccommodating. Sadly will not be visiting this location again. And now stuck with random kitchen gadgets.
