Returned my third pair of shoes that I ordered online. I liked the shoes that I ordered and thought they were cute. The reason why I'm giving a two star review is the two associates that were working at the counter said a very disrespectful comment behind my back and laughed when I left the store. The returning process statement didn't make sense to me a little from what the employee was telling me. I hope they don't treat other customers like this in the future.

I love DSW and it's where my family buys the majority of our shoes - the adult selections are good, but the kids section has been lacking lately. I feel like my son's shoe size is never in-stock even when his shoe size changes. If you're looking for kids converse or sneakers you'll likely find something, but if you're looking for hiking boots, rain boots, or sandals - it's a little more hit or miss. Overall, I always recommend DSW, I just feel like the last few times I've gone to buy shoes for my son I've been lacking for options.
