Evergreen Ripoff group bought an auto loan I had with another bank, which I never had a single issue with. The second Evergreen bought the loan I've had non stop issues from random fees being added, horrible customer service, automatic payments not being drafted, forced placed insurance added ($3,400)even though I had insurance coverage they tried to sneak it in a add it to my account. I went though with an auditor on Monday he account and they caught over $8,789 of charges in the bank had been trying to sneak in over approx a 4 year period. Went I sent in the supporting documents they denied it until I said then I will take this to court they paid it back because they knew they had been adding illegal fees. I finally paid off the loan and still dealing with the horrible lies and denial of this place not giving me the proper documentation. I would avoid this bank at all costs.

Absolutely horrific! Unbelievable! Asinine! Shady! Rude! Opened an account in August. Been trying to withdraw via ACH transfer since 9/26 and still unable to get any funds released. First it was micro deposits needed to be made from them to my other bank (took 3 business days). Started the transfer process, waited 5 business days and still nothing. Reached out to them and was told more micro deposits were needed. Started micro deposits from my other bank to them (took 3 business days). Started transfer process, waited 5 business days and still nothing. Reached out out to them and was told there's a $5000 per day limit for transfer from their bank to my other bank. Fine, started transfer for $5000, waited 5 days and still nothing. Reached out to them and was told transfer was cancelled because they didn't have a correct phone number on file (obvious lie, we've spoken Numerous times). Confirmed correct phone number and was advised that I should initiate a transfer of funds from my other bank because they will allow a larger daily limit. Power the representative, they are a small bank so they can't allow transfers from their bank to be that large ($25k). Initiated transfer from my other bank. 3 days later, the request was denied. I'll be calling tomorrow, yet again, to close the account and request all funds be issued to be via cashier's check. Can't wait to see what further bull***t I will have to deal with before I actually get my money back. Trust me, this bank is not worth the hassle. On top of everything, every person we spoke to seemed to have an attitude and was rude throughout each conversation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I was really excited to open an account with Evergreen Bank. They have a high interest account and a checking account that offered unlimited ATM rebates. Interest payments & ATM reimbursements (allegedly) are paid in the middle of the month. When I open new accounts I never go 'ALL IN'. I like to get a flow of where things are going. I only deposited $1,000 split between the accounts. I withdrew $300 to see if the ATM fee got reimbursed and attempted to transfer money. The disclosures only allow small transfers. [RED FLAG] The ATM fee never got reimbursed. [RED FLAG] Customer Service via mail always insists on calling in. Feels like AI [RED FLAG] I transferred all my assets back to my other bank and will allow them to close my accounts out. So why 1 star and not 2? I don't like being lied to. Not reimbursing an ATM fee and asking via mail, to then be directed to their customer service number showed a lack of trust and ethics.

Female teller can't be bothered to do her job. The representative gave a lame excuse stating there are only three branches and their transfer limits are low. She advised me to make an external transfer, when it is in her job description to perform these functions.

Tried to open a high-yield savings account. They make the application process so difficult that they do it in house after so many attempts. After discussion with the rep, I was speaking with I decided to lessen the amount of the deposit I was going to make due to the nine day Hold. Evergreen Bank went ahead and took out the original amount we spoke of in The very beginning of the process. I never even finished the application process and they debited my bank. I filed a complaint with the FDIC Buyer beware!

This place has no after hours services, the app is horrendous, the automated debit services gives you three options and the employees that assist you either hang up or put you on hold because they refuse to answer questions regarding what to do during after hours. If you have an issue with accessing your funds available to you after hours you are out of luck. They simply respond we do not have after hour support meaning you can only be assisted from 9-5pm. This bank needs to update their ways as in college (2017) my debit card was cancelled and there was no replacement available for 7-10 days. I was without access to money for 7-10 days in another state and there was no guarantee of expedited service. Also they still have not implemented temporary cards either so you just have to sit there and wait. They will not allow you to increase your debit card daily spending limit so if you need more than 1,000 to pay bills or just access in a day, I would not recommend this place.

Tried to wire a payoff for a vehicle loan to Evergreen Bank Group but Wells Fargo would not accept their ABA routing number. They were supremely unconcerned as to why Wells Fargo would not wire to them. Spent an hour talking to Evergreen and they didn't see it as their problem. How do you like that? "Your wire can't be completed because your recipients' account is not eligible.", said Wells Fargo. If you were Evergreen wouldn't you want to know why Wells Fargo won't wire to you? These people take the cake.
