I’ve banked with 5/3 for 5+ years. I’ve had so many issues with account set-ups to the ridiculously long drive up banking wait times even when I’m the only vehicle. I have to do weekly deposits and I dread doing them because of their wait times. I would love to make the deposit during my lunch, but because of the wait times, I risk not having time for anything else. My deposit wait time today was excessive. Like I said, I’ve banked with 5/3 for years at different locations and this is an issue at every single one. I bank with other financial institutions as well and this is not an issue there, so I know it’s possible.

Would not cashed a check for me. Even though it was one of they’re own checks. Bank teller took a photocopy of my check she probably believed it was stolen as for my phone number said she would give me a call back never did. Very poor customer service

The entire staff is extremely friendly, and very professional. You are greeted when you walk in the door with a nice welcoming. I love the service provided every time I go no matter who I talk to. Thank you for always making me feel welcome

This bank's only drive up ATM is not working (and hasn't for a while).So to recap:-this bank only has one drive up ATM-that one single ATM is not working-this is supposed to be a bank

Just ask the main host in the lobby if he knows where suite 200 is they did not notify me that there is a second floor I'm under the impression that this is the old fifth third one unit that's a bank one building that's a bank don't come here if you like people treating you like your different

It’s 5:56 am I’m waiting for the call center to open I just deposited money and the drive thru atm here ate my money. This is the second time this has happened with fifth third. This is the first time it’s happened at this location but beware of this atm it’s faulty I suppose!

I came here today to handle some accounts I am on with a business and met with two different staff members, both of which were pleasant and knowledgeable. I’m leaving a positive review because the other reviews are people from “door dash” which is pretty ridiculous since you didn’t actually conduct business there, you just delivered food and the person you ran into may or may not have known where other people were in a building that is rather large.

I experienced the worst customer service earlier today i went in there with a door dash deliver and and a bald Caucasian man at the front desk did not make me feel welcomed he didn’t even ask if i needed help when i first walked in he was very rude and did not try to help navigate me to the location where i needed to drop off the food. I wish i gotten his name but i was just so frustrated with his horrible customer service please do better

Customer service at this location has changed... The employees here do not at least try and make you happy. Never a smile or a sorry they just stare at you with a blank face. BMO welcomed me with a smile.
