“UPDATE:I was able to access my account today finally and request the withdrawal. I also spoke with a very friendly rep that took her time to explain the account and how to access and request funds. She was super nice and patient with me and I appreciate that. My request has been submitted and I’m hoping for a smooth process from here.The process to claim YOUR funds are absolutely ridiculous. My acct from previous employer was rolled over to this company and first I had to “request access” like why is it taking days to simply request access to see the account this is crazy ! Feels like they are just trying to hold on to the money , Im still waiting to even be granted access and then I’ll have to request my withdraw which I’m sure will take another year”
