Had a wonderful experience here today - Hannah (i believe that was her name) helped me pick out a wonderful gift for my friends birthday. I’m clueless when it comes to jewelry and she helped me find the perfect necklace! Will return again when I’m in the area!

The sales associates were sitting and leaning on the counters the whole time. I was never greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I would buy online solely so they don’t have to benefit from getting my business in store.

I went to gorjana to purchase a gift. I would say the staff was more comfortable glued behind the glasscase instead of showing me around the store as this was my first time in the store and I told them so. I asked questions and the answers were yes or no and sometimes the staff looked at each other as if to agree on the right answer.I won't be back.
