Can I just say I’ve been buying items at this Gucci store in Oak Brook now for a few years and if you want a top level service experience when you go there, please ask for Val ! I’m talking about a high-level knowledge of products service levels that should be the industry standard and communication that is second to none!
Val is truly amazing and I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done to make my experience with Gucci the best it possibly could be!

Purchased a new Gucci bag at Paris Charles De Gaulle airport, once I reached my destination I checked my bag and there was a leather rip on the side which I noticed after i reached home to Chicago. Mr. Dejuan Evans. at oak Brooke mall, He was v. patient and knowledgeable. He is the best and very friendly solved my problem in minutes by exchanging it with a brand new bag.

It was a great experience and my guy Walter-Lee Hampton helped me out so much, I was originally picking up an order for my girlfriend’s present and Walter helped me out understand what I bought and compared to it to another Gucci cross body bag which he thought was better and I couldn’t agree more. He really took the time and was very professional in explaining the details in comparing the 2 bags and ultimately went with his choice and made me more confident in the gift I could give my girlfriend. Thank you for a great first experience Walter appreciate 👍

When I go to Chicago, I always shop at the Flagship store on Michigan Avenue. But when I was most recently there just prior to Halloween, I decided to go and check out the Oakbrook Gucci store instead. It was so lovely!! So in the future, I'll have to alternate between the 2 different locations.

I took a bag of great sentimental value (my grandmothers) there to have it repaired. They got back to me with repair estimates in a timely manner (5 days). But then took 3 months of me calling and leaving messages; emailing and texting — I had no idea where the bag was, which was scary for something meaningful!
3 months later, they got back to me saying they have no control over repairs. It was really disappointing customer service

I had such a pleasant experience at the Gucci store during my first visit! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Dejuan, who was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. He noticed right away what I was looking at and took the time to bring out different belt sizes to make sure I found the perfect fit. His attention to detail and patience really stood out. He even offered us sparkling water, which was such a nice touch and made us feel truly welcomed. Dejuan made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and easy. I’ll definitely be back. I visited this location back in November and had such an awesome experience! Shoutout to Angela for helping me pick a new bag. She was so sweet and knowledgeable and did not rush me at all. I had my eye on another bag from another brand and she even encouraged me to check it out before I made my decision. I ended up coming back to Gucci to buy! So happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back. Thanks again, Angela!

Always a pleasure to shop here!!! . Got stellar services as always , picked up matching gym shoes with my hubby 😇and always, the sale associates are so nice and make you really want to come back to the store ! Oddly enough , we live in Park Ridge and Gucci outlets of Rosemont is so close by us, but I hate going there! wait in line outside of the store just to pick something up! I understand , that’s how they must do it, but Oakbrook wins my business just for allowing to get in the store and great service! Thank you !

WORST EXPERIENCE. I guess you have to be a certain skin color for them to take you serious in the store. They repaired my glasses incorrectly in the store and then offered me a half credit or to wait 16 weeks to ship it out after THEY broke the glasses worst. Horrible experience

I had the pleasure of working with Pamela Villajulca at the Gucci store in Oak Brook, and I cannot recommend her enough. She was the epitome of professionalism and treated me with the utmost respect throughout my visit. Pamela was incredibly patient and took her time to ensure I had a truly exceptional experience.
She presented me with a variety of options, carefully explaining the features of each product and answering all my questions with ease. Her extensive knowledge of Gucci’s offerings was impressive, and she made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. She even went above and beyond by offering me a drink while we discussed my preferences—something that added a lovely personal touch to the shopping experience.

I recently accompanied my mom to the Gucci store in Oak Brook, and we had the pleasure of being helped by Pamela V. Our experience wasn’t a simple one-time visit—we actually came in three separate times because my mom couldn’t decide on the perfect purse. Each time we returned, Pamela greeted us with the same patience, professionalism, and kindness.
Pamela was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to show us multiple options during each visit. What impressed me the most was how patient and respectful she was with my mom, who struggled to make up her mind.
