Very disappointed with this location, it's nearby and has a large selection, however extremely pretentious staff and most importantly they don't want to take care of they longstanding clientele. Brought in an older pair of driving loafers with almost no wear to soles, slight scuffing at the toe but literally both heels completely detached from soles from rubbing on car mats over some years of use. This is the kind of situation where there was an obvious defect yet Gucci refuses to repair or replace, credit towards a future purchase - absolutely nothing for me! This is not the customer service you expect to receive from this iconic brand. Even Lululemon which costs Pennie's compared to Gucci but takes care of their customers and will make things right! Honestly will take Gucci off my holiday wishlist going forward and will encourage others to do the same because who wants to spends thousands on leather goods that fall apart with minimal use.

I’ve been to this location multiple times, and have not had a great experience as I typically do on Michigan. The first time they closed half an hour early and would not let me purchase even though I already knew what I wanted and checked availability prior to arrival to ensure my item was there. Second time I went I went early enough to ensure this wasn’t the issue and was ok but wanted more once in store but didn’t have much in stock. Most recently went and again they closed early

We visited Gucci at Oak Brook as we were at the mall to visit another store and we were highly impressed with Jennifer! Jennifer welcomed us warmly, and took the time to ask us if there was anything in particular we were shopping for. Jennifer presented ideas on "complex" styles which fit perfectly, and made our shopping experience pleasurable. Jennifer's attention to detail, and professionalism are on another level (she sent me a text two days later to thank us again for our business). We we look forward to visiting again in a few weeks when we return to Oak Brook. Thank you, Jennifer!!!

Dejuan deserves a 5 stars very good salesman as soon as I walked in I was helped right away in no time. Very good service my first time here in this Gucci store I felt very welcomed he also helped me decide on my gift!! I will always come here for my Gucci needs and ask for Dejuan!!!

I was intimidated to buy for the first time from a Gucci store after reading about some of the customer service issues at the Michigan Ave location. So I took a chance at Oak Brook. Within 2 seconds of walking in, I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. Valerie helped me. I was there for a specific bag and wallet to surprise my mom. Valerie made me feel special the entire time. From the warm embrace of being a first time customer, to asking if I wanted anything to drink while she packed my gift, to reassuring me my mom will love it— she really made the experience personable and warm. They were out of tote boxes, but she spent a good extra 10 minutes trying to figure out the next best way to get the bag to present well for the gift. She ended up finding a different box the bag fit in. Really went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, my gifts were packaged nicely, and that it is was a luxurious experience from start to finish. Will definitely be seeing her next time. Extremely impressed. Clearly a seasoned associate. Would recommend her.

ZERO STARS would be more appropriate. Negative stars even better. Quick summary of the situation. Its getting close to Valentines Day, so usually my wife and i choose what we want to buy for ourselves because thats how we do it. She decides she wants a Gucci bag, and since im not a good purse picker i give her my blessing to pick it out and she knows its from me etc. She goes in and theres maybe about 10 workers and 5 potential customers, and one for sure customer (my wife). Nobody even approaches her even though she was clearly seen walk in. Shes kind of standing around not really sure of what her options are and the wholeTime no one is taking care of her, while other people are walking in and quickly approached. Now mind you its the weekend, so were usually in relax mode on the weekend after working hard all week and at the same time taking care of our 2 teenagers and 2 and 7 year old. So we usually dont have time to get dressed to the nines before we go to the mall like most people here. Not hating on them but people with kids know how it is. But were not bummy either. Even if we were at the end of the day we are walking into a store with money in our pockets thats just as valuable as anyone elses, its not like we got confused and walked into the Gucci store not knowing what it was and how much it costs. My wife has a couple of bags already but im sure after this little trip to snobland that Gucci apparently is shes wont be getting anymore anytime soon. Which at the end of the day probably wont hurt them but who wants to give their hard earned money to a company that clearly looks down on anyone who they think isnt Worthy of their attention? I dont mind my wife buying nice things for herself because she works hard, this isnt the only company around that sells nice products. I hope whoever reads this thinks twice about spending their hardearned dollars here. Dont buy anything from this place, save your money or spend it elsewhere, you dont need this stuff anyway.

My son purchased a gift for his sister from this location today and the service was amazing from start to finish. They took care of him and all needs were met. Will definitely be back to purchase more.

If I could give them -5 stars I would... I was at your store on Saturday December 17 with me two children (9&6) getting my husband birthday gifts. I drank an energy drink on the way and didn't think anything of it because I drink coffee like it's going out of style. When it came time to pay my hands started to shake incontrolable so much so my 9 year old had to complete the transaction. Shortly after my legs started to shake and I had to sit down. All except one of your salespersons were too busy checking their watches and were more concerned with me leaving the store. It was 20 minutes before closing, I called my husband to come and get me and he was 10 minutes away. Rather than showing the slightest concern the sales people were literally checking their watches as they looked at me. I had to ask my 9 year old to go outside and find a nearby bench... mind you it was 20 degrees outside. He came back and he and my 6 year old helped me get up.... My 9 year old struggled to open the door because no body offered to at least hold the door (your officer at the door was more concerned with looking at his phone rather then helping a child who was trying to take care of his mother). What's worse is your sales people were all standing around talking to each other and did not bother helping my 9 year old son open the door either. I had to wait outside of your store in 20 degree weather with two young children to wait for my husband to come and get us. This type of treatment was incredibly inhumane and frankly disgusting.

Walked through the entire store the other day... saw about six different sales reps ( all heavily in convo didn't want to interrupt) not one of them said hello let alone Made eye contact...very surprised at the lack of customer service... why have so many sales reps on the floor if not one can ask how may I help you? Wouldn't have bought anything even if I did like anything...Went across to Louis Vuitton.

The Gucci store in Oak Brook customer service is horrible I am a African-American woman who works in the medical field and I was literally ignored in the store for about 25 minutes BUT I was followed by security from the time I walked in the door when a Caucasian employee heard me saying how displeased I was with the customer service the employee finally asked me did I need some help as I started to ask questions another Caucasian woman walked up to her and start to ask questions as well she told me to wait she will be with me in a moment and then start to help the Caucasian woman although she was initially answering my questions first and this is not the first time that I have been ignored in this Gucci store in Oak Brook the entire staff needs to go and take a customer service training class the only reason I gave it one star is because I had to put something in order to leave a review I will never ever step foot back in that Gucci store for as long as I live they are horrible untrained employees so good luck if you are going to shop there I would take my hard earned dollars and go totally out of my way than to shop at that store and I love Oak Brook I'm there at least three times a week in the shopping area but I will never step foot in that store EVER again GUCCI in Oak Brook DO BETTER

Pro: theres a cop as security in front which is great due to the fairly recent robberies which have been occurring. I also went straight in Sunday afternoon- there was no wait (I wouldn't have waited in a line anyway) .Con: I was a 10 min customer, I knew what I wanted. They weren't super busy inside, but appeared to be short staffed. I waited over 25 min to get the shoe I wanted and checkout. I almost left.* not as big as the Chicago flagship, so dont expect the same selection.
