I went into the store to return two shirts and was initially assisted by a young, polite associate. She seemed new, as she was asking her coworkers a few questions, which I didn’t mind at all. She informed me that the items were past the 30-day return policy and that I wouldn’t be able to receive a refund to my original form of payment. I then asked if I could receive store credit instead.
She went to ask her manager, Alexis, if that would be possible. Unfortunately, Alexis responded with a very unpleasant attitude and told me I wasn’t eligible for store credit because I did not have Gold status. I left the register to double-check my account and confirmed that I am, in fact, a Gold status member.
When I returned, another young associate helped me. She was very kind and understanding as I explained the situation. As she began processing the return, Alexis stood nearby, supervising. For some reason, Alexis started reading from the screen and explaining the return policy to me in a condescending tone, as if I didn’t understand. Ironically, the screen clearly showed that I was a Gold status member.I did not like alexis attitude at all.Its clear they pick and choose who is able to receive store credit, management needs to do better.

terrible experience every time i come to this hollister, no one here does their job. a bunch of 16 y/o just standing around and talking. waited 10 mins for a fitting room at which point i had to ASK an employee who was standing at the register 4 feet away ignoring me while i was standing at the fitting room entrance. anytime you ask an employee for help they seem annoyed that they have to actually do their job??? they also make you wait in line at the register to get an order pick up. not many other stores do that. many other stores you can ask any employee for an order pick up and they can hand it off to you. super inconvenient to wait in the register line for an order pickup. the whole point of an in store pickup is to be convenient.

I came to this hollister to get 2 t shirts and when I was checking out there was 2 people ahead of me and the people at the counter were being checked out and the gentleman who was checking them out proceeded to show them his tattoos and go on a rant about how he got them. Then there were 2 girls behind the counter as well talking and laughing and pressing the walkie talkie button and drinking there Starbucks refreshers. Also the fitting room had a huge line and NO one opened the doors for those customers waiting. When it was my turn to have my items ringed up, the gentleman had attitude and was not friendly. Don’t think I will be back hollister.

Ordered two pairs of jean online and had them shipped to home. They did not fit so I went in store to exchange. Girl at counter was rude very uninterested in her job. Told me one of them was out of stock and did not offer any sort of different pair instead, just “refunded me” then for other pair, she said I could have them shipped to my house but said she had to do the refund for both pairs of pants and then charged me again. I did not get the refund and the pair of jeans she ordered were not anything like the pair I had. She said they had them in stock and was just sending a smaller pair. Impelerles different style. I will never ever shop holister again

Decent clothes. Some good holiday deals. I was 3 cents short to get a $10 off coupon and made me buy something else instead of being flexible to round up. I can skip going back there.....
