If I could give a zero, I would. One necklace tarnished out of many that my daughter has and they would not replace it. Hasn’t even been a year. They said she can buy another one at 30% off, why would we purchase another to waste our money. Such a disappointment! No more KS for us. Gorjana has yet to tarnish.

Employees were so rude, I called ahead to make sure something was in stock about an hour later i was lied to and said they didn’t have it so i ordered ahead and they magically had it then. My fiancé and I were ignored and given dirty looks the whole time.

I had a great experience here! I came here looking for jewelry to go with my graduation dress. Kendall went out of her way to style jewelry to go with my dress and shoes. She even called all around until she found a ring I needed. This was top tier service!

Sorry to have to write this but the permanent bracelet is a scam!! Lasted less than 48 hours, cost more than advertised, and there is no exchange/return policy which they don't advise you of ahead of time.

I gave it to one star, because zero was not available. They should really advertise this jewelry to be costume because it tarnishes within months. When you take it back, they say don't use perfume or lotion. Want to stop being used. The clasp seems to come on down all the time. The stuff is garbage and I'm writing this for a friend.

they are very helpful and reasonable we went there with the other girls for our group activity. It was lots of fun they were very helpful and there's always a wine and such with it to encourage you to purchase more. I'd go back again this is a good idea.Cris

Every time we come here the manager or head employee stares us down and gives us dirty looks. My children don’t leave my side and don’t run around or touch a thing. She looks at us like we are going to steal something even though we’ve been shopping here for years. The employees need training in customer service because poor is saying it nicely!
