Went downstairs in Macy’s to grab Starbucks after being letdown that Sunglasses hut didn’t have the AI Metaglasses that I wanted. I saw that LensCrafters carried them so I purchased them. The store clerk’s were so not welcoming. I inquired about the star rewards program the cashier stated they were a separate entity but offered me a Macys card. Baffled by this I asked to speak with a manager who told me something totally different. Two managers took me back to the store and my purchase had to be returned and rung again. I wasn’t told that the return wouldn’t go back for a couple days. My experience at the store was just awful.

A great first visit to this location earlier today. Dr. Ansari was very knowledgeable and helpful. Enjoyed how much slower paced this location is than the bigger store free-standing in the mall. Much better quality experience here! :)

Visited and placed order for eyeglasses on September 10, 2024 at 5 pm at Lens Crafters at Macys in Oakbrook Mall, Oakbrook, Illinois.
Greatly satisfied. This Lens Crafters tech was very professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable & explained to me in detail about various types of lenses (progressive, transition, bi-focal etc.) and frames (titanium, blue, gray, black shades.. She was also very knowledgeable about MY INSURANCE BENEFITS and what is covered by it and what will be my final bill from my pocket. She explained about payment plans and charging to Macys card. EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THIS LADY’s business ethics and professionalism. Will recommend Lens Crafters to all my family members and close friends, neighbors and coworkers.
