Really disappointed with the return experience. I bought the jeans from the Levi’s Outlet in Aurora and went to return them at the Oakbrook store, but they refused since they don’t carry that style. The staff was rude and gave uncomfortable looks instead of helping. Very dissatisfied. What should i do with this now !?

I purchased a pair of Levi’s jeans through the Oakbrook Center location, with a store representative assisting me in ordering them to be delivered to my home because they were not available in-store.
Less than 30 days after purchase, the jeans experienced a seam failure at the crotch, a high-stress construction point. I returned to the store well within the return window seeking at least an exchange.
The store refused even an exchange, despite this being a clear construction issue and despite Levi’s own warranty policy for manufacturing defects. Instead, I was advised to pay $40 for stitching, with the acknowledgment that the repair may not last very long, nearly half the cost of the jeans.
Being asked to pay for a questionable repair on a product that failed in under a month is unreasonable. Rather than standing behind the quality of the product, I was pushed to handle an online warranty claim on my own.
For a brand like Levi’s, this was disappointing. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, to a company that stands behind the quality of its products and supports customers when a product fails this quickly.

Came in on a busy Saturday evening to purchase jeans for an evening out. They don't carry many long (34-inch inseam) options, but the tailor took his time showing me and helped me pick out styles I never would've considered on my own. While I was shopping, he even tailored 2 of my jeans for me at no additional cost. Great service and will definitely be returning! Great pricing and the best fit jeans I've ever purchased!

Honestly not sure what kind of training is taught here but it needs an upgrade. Went shopping here and after about 25 minutes (store had only 2 other guests) someone approached me asking if I needed help. I came back a week later to return the pair of jeans I bought here because I found a much better style and price at Banana Republic. The manager on duty gave me a nasty attitude when asking why I’m returning and was very dismissive. I worked retail for many years as a young adult and am baffled by the attitude here. It’s just denim, not sure why there’s such an attitude attached, but this store and brand will not be seeing my dollars again.

I had a wonderful experience with one the ladies working she helped me finding the correct sizing and length of jeans/shorts I tried on! I had a very successful first time shopping at Levi’s also I must say the quality of the jeans is fabulous they fit me like a glove 🤩

The “lady” who helped me I think was recovering still from the atrocious haircut she got. Horrible customer service and didn’t offer an even exchange.

I brought my old Levi’s to get them tailored at the waist because they were too big. The in store tailor is amazing ! Made my Levi’s looked tailored and the waist and butt area is snatched !!! Highly recommend ! I will be bringing my other pants to him as well.

i called them because i want to get alterations for my jeans on sunday. and they said the tailor only works on tuesday to saturday. well i drove them on tuesday as what their advice me on the phone, after an hour drove they easily told me if no tailor on that day. and told me just come back another day.and i asked them anyway i just need drop the pants so i don’t have to come back again. and the guy in the cashier said no any way, i have to see the tailor.you imagine you drove an hour for nothing? i don’t think they have professional tailor over there.

Really friendly and warm atmosphere. The sales helpers are genuinely nice and very helpful. They have an onsite tailor named Sam. He does great work, has a very professional attitude and very patient. Really happy with them. Recommended.

Always a different experience here…some associates greet you and ask if you need help and are very nice and others are just doing their own thing and don’t say anything. Store has plenty of sizes available and is very clean. The tailor (the guy with the green spiked hair) is extremely rude to his own staff and patrons. Did not appreciate his attitude when asking simple questions that I did not know the answers to. Won’t be back.
