Purchased a few expensive items a week or so ago. Great environment and customer service. Both items weren't in store so they had to be sourced. They were able to get the items in store quickly! Ask for my girl Gina, she will take care of you.

The manager was horrible!!! Received a LV belt that was too big and went to exchange it and they said I wore it because ofScratches on it. I only tried it on and took it off when I realized it was to big. Basically the Manger called me a liar and would not exchange it for a different size... they just lost a very good customer... I will let everyone I know about this horrible experience!!!!Hello Channel.....

My husband and I walked in and the staff greeted us right away and asked if someone already assisted us a few times. We stopped by this place to look around and experience going into the LV store (my first time) mostly I purchased online. One of the staff members Tania, helped us a lot and went to look for specific wristlet I was looking for. We ended up not buying anything and Tania gave me an LV paper bag to make sure I had one for my new purse coming in the mail.

Purchased a good amount of product here. Of course it’s expensive, but so is any namebrand. Reason I’m leaving a two star review is I asked for a drink and the sales person told me they had water and champagne. The champagne was for private appointment only. This was a big turn off because it made it seem like my money was no good or I was an inferior customer. Also, Customerservice was average. If the brand wasn’t good I would probably not go back, but I’ll probably be back. Hope she didn’t work on commission because I did spend a good amount of money.

One of the worst locations ever. I've never entered a luxury store and received such cold treatment. I wasn't offered a simple drink and the store wasn't even busy to blame it on that. The lady who brought my order didn't even bother to open it and show me before putting it in the box. My envelope was literally bent and my note was half print with random ink marks here and there. No smile or wishing happy holidays. The guard was constantly on his phone, didn't say a have good day or something and took him a long time to open the door for me when leaving. Never returning here. If I'm paying so much then I deserve a nice attitude at least. I can't imagine how they would have reacted if I have left empty handed! Choose another location people

I recently had an unfortunate experience with the Louis Vuitton store in Oakbrook. I ordered a pair of boots online, with the intention of picking them up at the Oakbrook location. However, the entire process turned out to be highly frustrating.Despite ordering the boots online, I never received an email notifying me that they had arrived at the store. After waiting and waiting for the email, I decided to find out what is going on. So after spending several hours trying to determine the status of my order, finally boots were found in that store. Were there already for past 11 days but nobody inform me about that.Upon speaking with the manager, the only resolution provided was a simple apology. It’s nice but spending specific amount of money “sorry” for the unprofessional service is a joke.

It is very disappointing to have to write this review. I read a few others that stated they were racially profiled and really regret to be one of them. I went to purchase two gift cards for my very close friends birthday on Friday the 24th of November, 2023. After paying the customer representative went to wrap them, when she came back out with them, she said let me walk with you. Wow, let me walk with you! Walk me very close to the door and then handed the bags to me. Now what did she think I was going to do? Drop a couple of purses in my bag on my way out, and knock over security, I don’t get it! I called Their client services to find out if that’s the procedure, they seem shocked to hear that was my experience. They said no we don’t walk people out. This was my first and last time shopping at a Louis Vuitton store. It makes no difference how far we have come, how much money we make, or how much money we can spend, we will always judge for our color, very very sad.

Even though it's an outlet, it's still very expensive. There's not much in the store. It's all the same.

I've already been there 3 times this year, and it was great to be able to buy great products. I'm always so grateful to Susie, who helped me. She is very bright, has a very considerate attitude towards customers, and also has really good friendly communication with customers.:)

First off, when you walk in the store every single employee gives off racist vibes, except the security guard. I went in for a repair on 2 of my lv bags, TIM the repair specialist was very condescending and rude! Sassy with a smart mouth! Told me that my issues were wear and tear which is unacceptable and theres nothing they can do for me. I read all the terrible reviews and still decided to go to this location. I’m pretty sure my experience was based off the color of my skin. IN 2023. Terrible!
