Wonderful test drive experience and accommodating staff. I accidentally modified my test drive time to the wrong date, and they slotted me into the schedule no problem.
Would absolutely keep returning to Lucid for their quality and luxury.

We worked with salesman Muj in purchasing our Lucid Air Pure. Muj was extremely helpful in finding the car that we wanted, and working through the various incentives on the options that we had. Some individual cars had hidden incentives from being in inventory for a while, and Muj helped find a great balance of price and options for us. It was tight to find a leftover '25, and all the incentives, but got the car we waned, for very little more than we leased our last VW ID4 - and it a whole lot more car! Great experience, and great car!

I want to share how my experience working with Derrick was as I was researching my next vehicle purchase/lease. I can’t say enough about how attentive he was throughout the process. Derrick hosted my first Lucid Air test drive of the Pure. He had answers to everything I asked and, believe me, I had a ton. I was curious about the difference between the Pure and the Touring and he even took me out for a spin in the Touring when we got back from my test drive. Wow! It was like a piece of art and a carnival ride had a baby. How cool, elegant, and fun!
Although I ultimately chickened out on buying my first EV this go-round, I will continue to watch Lucid and hope to work with someone as good as Derrick when that time comes. He constantly monitored for the vehicle I wanted, pro-actively provided me with updates and creative alternatives, promptly responded to all of my emails and texts, and kindly called to follow-up to see how my search was going. Derrick is a true professional. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles and always had my best interest in mind. There were even times when he reached out and I swore he was reading my mind. One night I configured a second build I was considering and I woke up to an email in my inbox the next morning with some ideas that aligned with what I was considering on a custom build.
Ultimately, three things kept me from buying my first Lucid. First, lack of matching inventory for the exact build I wanted. Second, the inability for the Lucid Air to fast-charge on the Tesla network. Third, the high cost of insuring the Lucid Air.

i came in with my sister and her two young children because she was looking to buy a car for her husband as an anniversary gift. we were inside the store for about ten minutes and not a single salesperson came up to us throughout our entire time there. had they all been busy or servicing other people, i would have understood, but two of them were standing around doing nothing. funnily enough when a white woman came in after us, the salesperson didn’t waste a minute before greeting her and helping her out. is this how Lucid treats young, brown women? did you guys assume we couldn’t afford the cars in there? we have porsches at home. honestly, i’m disgusted. i hate when salespeople for more luxury brands forget that, at the end of the day, they are SALESPEOPLE. you are in no position to be looking down on anyone. we have real jobs that pay more than enough for us to be able to afford these cars. i hope no other person of color ever has to experience this, ever.

A little hard to find but worth the stop if you like the cars. We opted not to test drive once there but it was a worthy stop nonetheless and the mall in general is incredible. Worth a visit!!!

They should definitely include directions on how to find the store online. But other than wondering were to park the staff were supper accommodating and allowed us a test drive it was such a great experience; now Ijust have to convince my husband it's the right choice to buy a gen one +110k SUV.

The facilities are why I'm giving it three stars, not for all salesperson. Tesla's the best for test drives, hands down. I got to drive a car by myself for half an hour! You can really see how it performs without some salesperson freaking out next to you. The walk from the showroom to the parking lot is pretty long, though. Just imagine trying to do that in the winter. Not all the salespeople really know the cars, either. Overall, it's just okay.

Thanks to Lucid Motors and salesperson Derrick Perkins. I appreciated the help I received from Derrick during the buying process of my mew Lucid Air Touring EV.
Literally, I had dozens of questions about technical aspects of the car, as well as pricing and the way the lease was structured, mostly over text messaging. Derrick answered me quickly and with a high degree of accuracy. Now that I look back at the information he shared with me, it's clear that
Derrick has an understanding of this product that isn't often found in the auto sales business today.
Oh, and the car is great too: it has much more luxury than my Tesla Model S did and the handling, ride and comfort is superior. I wish I had the driver's seat in my house!

We are extremely happy Lucid Air Touring owners after taking delivery a week ago and couldn't imagine a purchasing experience any more perfect. Having an interest in Lucid since it's debut, when our secondary BMW died last month, we phoned Lucid Oakbrook to ask questions about the different models (we live 3 hours away from O. Brook). Muj was the sales specialist who took our call and guided us seamlessly through the process. From the initial call, follow up questions we had, to delivery day, Muj's knowledge and insight was beyond great. There wasn't one moment we ever felt pressure from a sales perspective. He made himself immediately available anytime we had questions and since delivery, he's still invested in the success of our transition to Lucid ownership. Excellent experience from A - Z with Muj as our sales associate!!

Give Derrick a raise. Test drove this winter and came back to get an AT in part because the service, attention to detail, and opportunity was too great to pass up. Derrick did everything in his power to keep me informed and helped out in every way. Driving for a few months now and I would make the same choice again in a heartbeat.

Muj at OBC Studio was such a great experience. From the first minute I walked into the Studio, Muj was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was not in any way pushy, but rather let me lead the conversation with my questions.
