Honestly, this Lululemon location has become a mess. Over the past year, the store has gotten so inconsistent, and it really shows. The employee turnover seems incredibly high every time I come in, it feels like people are constantly being trained and no one really knows what they're doing yet. Management even seems miserable, which doesn't help the overall vibe. For a place I've been going to for years, I really miss the employees who actually knew the product, were confident, and made the experience fun. This location just isn't what it used to be.

Shout out to Isabella for her friendly service! Machines were moving very slow and I watched her time and time again interact with her customers in a personal and friendly manor. She kept the long line moving quickly while keeping the mood light while other employees scrambled with the downed system.

The cashier who was helping me with my online return probably could have handled my return a little bit better since I didn’t have original payment type and was trying to put refund on the debit card, that had exactly the same name as invoice and label on my order ,almost making me feel that I am trying to return stolen package.

Waste of money, bought a bra like 1 year ago and it broke , the top of the bra got a cut in half and they won’t even offer to repair it.
A sport bra should hold 3-4 years of course depending how you are using it.
I use it maybe once a week.

I usually don’t write bad reviews because I’m pretty understanding of customer service however, I felt the need to share my experience at this Lululemon location. I came in with my sister and her boyfriend and while they went to pay, I waited for them near the register and while I was standing there one of the young cashiers approached me and asked me if I was waiting for somebody to which I replied “yes”. At first, I didn’t think much of it but then she proceeded to leave the registers and watch me from afar. There were also two caucasian young ladies standing beside me and they did not get approached and asked if they were waiting for somebody. That genuinely hit me hard for a bit because I had never been discriminated like that before, and I will never be stepping foot inside a Lululemon again (specially not this one) as it clearly was not meant for people who look like me. There is clearly no elevation of the world from mediocrity to greatness within this company.
