I was so impressed with my visit to Lush today! I haven't been in years, and even then, didn't shop there very often. This will make me a repeat customer! Every single staff member was helpful and excited about what they were showing me. They knew the products and made perfect suggestions that creatively solved my problems. I'm not an impulse shopper, but I left with a huge bag of products and feel absolutely no buyer's remorse. I have full confidence in each one that was recommended as well as the gifts I purchased. P.S. Just took a shower and used most of them and I feel and smell great!

Bhumi (i hope im spelling her name right) was so sweet, attentive, and just amazing. I came in for just a lotion, was looking around when she came up and asked if I tried the body scrubs. I havent so she took me to the sink and I tried one. I ended up leaving with a lotion, body scrub, and a sample of sticky dates lip scrub. She explained the products, app, and recycle program and was just helpful. Definitely one of the friendliest associates. Will be coming back to this location!

Barb was really great! she’s so friendly, helpful & kind. She helped us out so much to make something right when we had a mix up with another location. Went above & beyond. So this location is going to be our main store now just because of how great she is! ◡̈

Haven’t been since high school. Shannon took such good care of me. Literally found my perfect combo of shower gel and scrub - rose jam and Sufganiyah scrub. Shannon scrubbed my hands for me thought I was at a 5 star hotel. Other co workers- Moira and Julia were so helpful!

Shannon at the Lush store was absolutely wonderful! She was so so helpful and willing to help pick our products best suited for our skin! Will definitely be returning to that location when I need refills just because of her!

Went in there today with my son to get out of the heat and was approached by Sam. He was extremely nice and welcoming so much so that I made a purchase because of him. Lovely experience in your store today thanks to him. Got some happy kids with Minecraft bath bombs

We are brand new to the Chicago area, and once I saw that this mall has a Lush, I HAD to take my boyfriend who has never been. The moment we walked inside we were greeted, and Barb immediately came up to us and became our personal specialist in guiding us through each section of the store and catering to our needs and preferences. My boyfriend who is usually very overwhelmed by stores like this had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Personally, this is MY greatest experience I've ever had at any Lush location as I'm pretty familiar with their products. For a couple who came in expecting to window shop and instead leaving with $130 worth of products that will definitely benefit us, Barb was the BEST!!! S tier customer service!!!

We had a wonderful experience at this Lush location. Melissa and Julia were very friendly and engaging with not just us but every customer that walked in. Julia walked through the store with us, explaining every new product and more. Both were very knowledgeable about the products they were selling and helped us find exactly what we were looking for!

This was my first time visiting this Lush location and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any Lush store! The team was so welcoming and knowledgeable—they truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bath bombs. I even got to demo one in-store, which was such a fun surprise!
The girls were all incredibly kind and really knew their stuff when it came to the products. On top of that, they sent me home with a free bath bomb as a gift, which made the whole experience even more special. I’ve been to several other locations in the area, but this one stood out completely. From now on, this will be my go-to Lush store. Thank you to the amazing team for making my visit so memorable!

Every time I come into this Lush location, Julia is an absolute highlight of my experience. She’s incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to listen to what you’re looking for. Whether it’s finding the perfect scent or recommending products based on your preferences, she always goes above and beyond to help. Julia is also super knowledgeable about all the products and explains everything in a way that’s really helpful without ever feeling pushy. Thanks to her, I’ve discovered so many things I love!
