Have not been able to access my online account. My former employer rolled my retirement over as well. Have been on hold for over an hour and a half and have been trying to access my account online all day but keep getting an error message that says I don’t have access.

I can not get access to my online account, I was on hold for 40mins, and I got a callback. The customer service rep tried to send me an email where I can access my account but I was not receiving an email despite me confirming my email multiple times. She was a little rude and I was hung up on me.

I was informed this company took over my account from a previous employer that I have not worked for in over 5 years. I was advised they mailed a letter which I never received. The automated system stated I needed to setup and account however, the screen has loading for over 2 hours, I have tried setting up the account from my computer only to end up with the same result. I never gave authorization for this company to take over the account. I have tried to contact the company to speak with a rep with no luck.

Let's make a website but make so absurdly slow and not user friendly that the people who's bad employer selected this atrocities for their retirement account want to abandon their money in it for the convenience.

Millennium Trust Company sends your hard earned retirement funds (rollover traditional IRA) in a non-trackable daily mail, when you ask them to transfer funds to your existing 401k account. They sent one to me on 12/19/23, and it got lost in mail (by 1/4/24). Now they are asking for $30 to stop payment on the previous check, re-issue a new check and ship it in trackable mail. As per them many other customers also are facing the same issue, but this is the company policy, and nothing can be done about it.Companies engaging truly do not see the low Google Ratings (2.3 stars) Millennium has, and unfortunately people like me suffer. Everyone - please be aware.

Worst Company Ever!! I'm still trying to get online access or my money out of this company over a year later. I have called, emailed, submitted all of the paperwork they have requested, and still they will not give me access or release my retirement money to roll it into my current account. No one speaks english as a first language, and everytime I get someone one the phone, there is a fee for this or that. TOTAL SCAM!!

The website functions like a 1995 website experience, every action takes 5 minutes and I can not even log into my account to transfer my money out.

Got a letter regarding my old IRA from a job I had almost 20 years ago. I cannot access their online site, and it doesn't allow me to make an account or change a password because it claims my email is already in use.I'd like to know if I have any money left and to get it back. Can't do it online.

My former employer rolled over my 401K into Millennium Trust Company, who immediately charged me $40 for an annual maintenance fee and then another $25 to rollover my funds out of Millennium. So they made $65 for holding my money in cash for less than a month. I called them and was on hold a while but they did refund the annual maintenance fee, which I appreciate. Thanks for ruining my day, Millennium!
