This store has pretty nice products similar to TJ Maxx. It is very well organized and laid out well. But you pay a premium over other discount stores for a lot of the same products for this better shopping experience. Customer service is nonexistent like most stores nowadays.

Pretty nice discount store. I went to buy shoes and found a nice pair of Crocs for the summer. It was busy, but not crowded. The staff was nice.

Love going to Nordstrom Rack at Oakbrook. Always finds the best deals there. My son bought a complete Ted Baker suit for $59, original price was $998.

Clothes in changing room quickly returned to racks. Shoes nearly maintained. Line moved quickly with lots of cashiers.

First time at a Nordstrom Rack in years. Surprised by the changes. Much lower quality. Lots of private brands. Very few quality brand names. The store was clean and organized. Very similar to TJ Maxx or Marshall's. Disappointing.

I visited from Canada and stopped by Nordstrom Rack in Oakbrook to shop for sunglasses and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any Nordstrom Rack. Tammy was an absolute gem! She helped me pick out the perfect pair with honesty and care, never hesitating to tell me which styles didn’t suit me. Her energy was warm, and her sincerity truly stood out.
A heartfelt thank you as well to Dianna and the manager, Erica, for going the extra mile to make my shopping experience seamless and memorable. As a visitor, I genuinely felt welcomed and valued. God bless you all!
