I've been coming to this Nordstrom since I was 10 years old, so 18 years now, and this is the first time I've ever given a review for this place. And the reason is because of Angel who works in the jewelry department on the second floor.
Many times, I feel like the conversation from associates there is not genuine or it is forced, like gaining a sale is more important than connecting to the customer. But with Angel, it was the first time I actually had a normal fun relaxed conversation. It's crazy to me that he's only been there for a couple of months. Not only was his customer service spot on, he actually cared about my day and spoke Spanish to my mom. He made us both feel attended to and important. So thank you Angel for being a real person and making my day.

I normally don’t write reviews but the service I experienced today was second to none. This A++ rating stems from the level of professional service I experienced from Aaron Biedron and his team. Zach was very helpful and worked in tandem with Aaron. These guys had me in and out quickly, with wardrobe selection ready when I arrived. From start to finish, they were perfect. They made what I typically dread (clothes shopping), pleasant. This is the second time I experienced such great service from Aaron and I feel the need to showcase and make the stellar service known. Great work, gents. Nordstrom is lucky to have you.
