I had a very disappointing experience at Old Navy. The cashier was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed no respect to customers. There was no apology or attempt to assist properly. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this issue seriously.

This Old Navy is bigger than the Old Navy near my house. My granddaughter found many nice clothes. Nice staff too.

Picked up some tropical 8 dollar undies for the spring! They aren't stretchy so they're bound to tear with me, but I'll enjoy em while they last!

This is just my personal commentary about what I hate about retail, but going here was not a pleasurable experience. I do not frequent Old Navy so I used my family members number for the rewards, thinking it was going to be similar to Starbucks or Cunningham or something. No, the cashier asked me for my birthday to use the $2 reward that I had, and funny enough that’s not the birthday on the account. No big deal, I think, so I go to tell her the birthday on the account, under the impression that’s it’s just for verification, and she laughs at me and shakes her head at me like I’m stupid and I was extremely embarrassed and she knew it too. I don’t know why theyre that pressed over giving me $2 off and I’d really love to know why theyre laughing at customers that are not familiar with your rewards system. TPWK!

Clothing is trash now. Fabric is turning into polyester where this used to be reliably cotton clothes. Sizing is inconsistent, a small tall is a XXL a is a medium skirt. A shirt didn't survive the first wash to be worn and they locked my account for no reason, since I'm paralyzed they suggested I go into the store to shop. I think I'll just stop all together.

This Old Navy is clean and well organized and the staff are friendly - I just feel like the clothing quality has become so hit or miss, you get what you pay for. It's great for kids clothes, but while some adult clothes are diamonds in the rough, other clothes are just plain rough.

Old navy is a great place to shop, but working there as an associate is not that great. I worked back in 2020 when COVID was happening, it was my first job. At first they are welcoming, but once you start to work for them, it felt like a high school environment. Especially with the managers. Favoritism was one of the main things why I left other than pay and hours. It would also be very cliquey as well. I was a new employee along with other newbies that joined around the same time I did. Managers talked to them more than me . That’s really unprofessional. I got along with some of the employees that worked there before me. During my shifts I was asked to ask customers every 5 minutes to ask a customer if they need help. Like, if I ask a customer if they need help and they don’t want it , they still would tell me ask 5 minutes later. Honestly , if I was a customer , I would get annoyed and feel creeped out as if someone were watching me. There were some other positives things I liked when I was working there like doing ship from store or working in the back of the house. I got along with some of the other employees. I don’t know if management is still the same since I left back in 2021. Other than working for them, shopping at old navy is good for the clothes and the sales.

Lines at this old navy are long. If you have an easy transaction, you can be in and out. However, customers with returns it can take awhile. Typical old navy selections.

terrible workers. overpriced items. This old navy sucks. was overcharged and I showed proof to management. they didn't care. had to call bank to finally take care of it. Clearly there return policy is strict because they need the money. soon enough old navy will not exist or survive
