My wife was calling around searching for a stylist to do a perm. Knowing it was last minute, the receptionist was able to accommodate her for 4pm in the afternoon with Kandi. My wife arrived at 3:55 and met with Kandi at 4:15pm. At that time, Kandi was critical of my wife's hair and only wanted to do a shampoo, cut and style stating she may not get the desired style she was looking for and to come back for the perm after she shampoo , cut and styles my wife's hair. Kandi refused to do the service we requested, to get a perm, since she has never dealt with her hair and kept pushing for shampoo , cut and style. I am not sure if Kandi was concerned about her reputation, or she was scamming us to an extra service of a shampoo, cut and style.. charge us and then have my wife come back and be charged again for the perm. Even after my wife said that was not the service she requested and was preparing to leave, Kandi had no concern to stop her or discuss options with her. Customer service was at a total loss. I would not recommend coming to this salon if this is how new customers are treated.

honestly can't thank this salon enough for the amazing experience I had! I came in on my birthday feeling a little stressed after a last-minute beauty emergency, and the lovely staff completely turned my day around. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, kind, and so professional.
Not only did they fit me in on short notice, but they went above and beyond to make sure I felt special and taken care of. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was top-notch, and everyone there had such positive energy—it really lifted my spirits.
I left feeling confident, pampered, and incredibly grateful. They didn’t just save my birthday—they made it memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service and genuinely lovely people. 💖

I went to get my hair blow dried. I asked for curls and Alex who did my hair didn’t know what she was doing. She took an hour to dry it and gave me the worst blow dry I have ever had. She started from the top instead of the bottom. Never pinned up anything. No curls at the end and was totally rude. She had the nerve to say my hair is too heavy!? No apologies. Also this isn’t my first blow dry. I can do a better job myself. Wish I had a better experience.

Highly recommend, very nice people. I went there for my haircut & hair treatment. Julie did a really good job with my haircut, i love it. She was really nice and very friendly. Definitely I'll be back to this place. Finally, found a salon that has a great service & treat everyone the same.

I have been getting a no chip manicure every 3 weeks for years by Kari Ann. She takes a lot of time to manicure my nails and doesn't use any type of mechanical filer to take off old polish. She wraps them in tin foil with remover on the nail. I have very thin nails and she is very helpful in keeping them healthy. The no-chip usually lasts 2-1/2 to 3 weeks. Worth the extra money for a great manicure.

I booked Alex Repika and Gianna Grollo for my wedding on 9/25/22. Alex and Gianna were the best decision for wedding day hair! 11/10! They were extremely professional, showing up early with every tool for every hair type. They made my bridal party look incredible by styling different lengths and textures of hair into a beautiful, glam, and uniform look. Plus - they’re fun! They were laughing and vibing with the group like they were in the wedding with us. Book Gianna Grollo and book Alex Repika for the best wedding hair!I also use Gianna Grollo for my regular hair color/ cut/ treatments and she is just the best! I feel so comfortable in her chair and no matter what color I request - I leave looking beautiful.
