Pathetic customer service and lazybones.Came to return an online order and they would not accept it without the physical card used to make this purchase. Fox valley mall outlet had no issues accepting it by entering card details manually to process and refund the order.

My daughter received earrings with gift receipt from Pandora. Because the earrings didn't fit, we went to exchange it to Oakbrook Pandora store. We explained to the salesperson multiple times, that we would like to exchange them into a different kind of earrings (NOT RETURN, AS IT IS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT FROM SOMEONE) and handed the earrings and gift receipt to salesperson. She took it and process refund back to original buyer, disregarding that I told her multiple times we need store credit to apply to another set of earrings. The salesperson was rude, unprofessional and didn't know how to proceed right. We called store manager Andrea, who was even more rude and unprofessional. Her explanation was that the gift receipt was only for tracking the purchase and offered to me to give ORIGINAL BUYERS NAME/ PHONE NUMBER, that I could contact directly buyer asking HER to refund me back money. PRIVACY OF THEIR CLIENTS DO NOT MATTER TO THEM! She walked away not even trying to resolve issue or apologize to my daughter, who was crying next to me. She came to the store with her birthday present and after unprofessional/ rude service she end up without gift nor store credit. THE GIFT FROM HER WAS STOLEN! I contacted Pandora Corporate, filled claim, was told by their representatives that return was handled unprofessional, unfair, we were supposed to get store credit and store manager, or regional manager will contact me to resolve this within next few days. It didn't happen. I did call Pandora multiple times within last month and all the time got nice promises that I will receive call shortly from regional manager. The last 4th call was made on 1/15/24 and same promise that I will receive call today or the latest tomorrow. 1/19/24 No calls received- another lie from Pandora representative.Most important be aware that any associate can give your info to anybody without second thought. NO REAL PRIVACY POLICY there!

Was at the mall when I noticed my ring was missing a stone so I stopped in to see what could be done. It was a little over a year of having the ring, associate who helped me stated that there was only a one year warranty and that she could send the ring out for me for repair and that it would take at least 10 weeks. I decided to hold off since I live closer to another location. Stopped at the old orchard location and the associate was so helpful and able to replace my ring.Upon looking at the Pandora website, gold and silver jewelry has a two year warranty.Don’t want anything for free, only want what’s right. Super disappointed.Not coming back here.

Terrible experience at this location! I was gifted a pandora bracelet for Christmas and it was too small. So, I came to this location to do an exchange the day after christmas. I was attended to by the ‘manager’ and I explained my situation to her. She started inspecting the bracelet and she put the bracelet back into the box, and threw it back into my bag. Then she rudely said that she couldn’t do an exchange because it had been worn and that it would be “unfair to sell to her customers.” I proceeded to ask her if she wanted to see the gift receipt because it showed that the bracelet was recently purchased on 12/24/23 and she rudely said no I can’t do the exchange without giving a valid reason on why she could not. I left feeling unwanted and unhappy with my treatment and experience. I went to different location the next day and the staff were very welcoming and were able to assist me with my exchange. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and she needs to be retrained asap. I won’t be returning!

Wonderful experience! Was surprised with a bracelet for Christmas, but it was a little too tight, so I exchanged it for a larger size. I love my new charm bracelet!!!! Beautiful ?

Very nice products, I bought the one for $1,600 Dollars but I didn't at all like how the young woman who helped me served me, it seemed like she was in a hurry and she already wanted to finish helping me when I still wanted to buy more, which I didn't like very much.

Worst customer service ever. Yesenia employee dismissed our concerns. When Andrea the manager followed up with us she had an attitude and kept interrupting us as we tried to explain that a ring we had for month had missing stones. We ended up leaving and will be contacting corporate. This location needs training with their customer service skills.

Super fast service! The lady who worked with us got us in and out quickly, and even gave us pointers for a couple stores in the mall because we haven’t ever been to Oakbrook. Will be back for Christmas, like she recommended.

The service was horrible, very disrespectful employees, constantly giving bad stares and gossiping about customers. The female with the long blonde hair and color eyes was the most disgusting person there she should be fired! You can tell she doesn’t like her job she had a very bad attitude!

Came in for a cleaning which was fine. Once I picked up my jewelry I wanted to purchase some stuff. A group of girls was talking and they seen me looking. One lady even smiled at me and didn’t even come over to help me but continued to talk to a coworker. Wasn’t busy or anything

Kennedy B in the place to be!5-star review because of the 5-star service.?Just as a testament to her focus on customer experience, she had a friend come in, and her focus never strayed away from my wife and I. We were being those "oh let me see this, let me see that" typical indecisive Pandora customers. She never gave a hint of "please just pick something." ?Thank you for being so nice and patient, I hope you felt our appreciation. Cool girl, and a good businesswoman regarding focus!-David
