The beef is no longer Italian beef. It’s extremely bland. Have been ordering it for years and will not be ordering again. I will miss the old Portillos

Poor service because the response here and to others as I noted who have complaints are sent incorrect email addresses to “ give more info.” so it was not possible to respond further to Daniel with my initial complaint!

I recieved my replacement box today. It was perfect!!, no leaks or damage and still frozen.
I Would like to say Thank You! Guest Service's for the great customer service and addressing the issue.
