Went yesterday for skincare advice and Miss Kiaralene literally went above and beyond to give me an amazing experience. Helped me with all my needs and gave me tons of options. Super sweet and very very helpful!

My sister and I went to this location right around closing time and were helped by two lovely ladies, Behka and Bree. Not only did they give us great reccommendations but they did not make us feel rushed or uncomfortable at any point. We would definitely return to this location purley based off their great service. Thank you girls!

This Sephora is very disappointing. They make up their own return policies. I had a foundation that I wanted to change the shade of and when I purchased it, it was on sale. They wouldn’t do an even exchange and told me it was always the policy. I have shopped there for years and knew that wasn’t the case. For the same exact product just a different color no Sephora has ever made me pay the difference. So I immediately went to the woodfield Sephora location and they did the EVEN exchange no questions asked. Will not be wasting my time and the oakbrook store again.

I called on for a product, they told me on the phone that they were going to put it on hold for me. I go into the store and the product is the wrong thing, a different brand. I was very confused because I told the staff on the phone the name, shade, and brand of the product I was looking for. I then try to see if it’s in the display and it’s not. I was very upset.

Staff was being really nice. I was there for candles she started telling me about the candles. Great service! I took what I was going to buy and the staff told me ima bring you a gift, it will be ready at the register I get there and she wasn’t there. I told the other staff that was charging me that her coworker was going to bring me something I told her the name, and she went to look for her. She come back and says I’m so sorry she left! I was in shock, why say something.

False advertisement. Received an email stating several items available for bday gift. After visiting 6 stores and unable to locate the item. Even a call to Customer service to no avail. Before a company advertises, it should confirm the availability of products before notifying the customer. This is truly misrepresentation

I’m beyond livid. I bought makeup and returned it and purchased another one. The cashier took it upon themselves to ring it as an exchange versus a refund and repurchase. So who gets shafted when that makeup doesn’t work- me. You can only get store credit. Prior to this, I had not been in Sephora for a long time so what shall I do with this credit I don’t want, nor do I see myself using….

It was so nice and the aesthetic of this shop really pulls it all together the cashiers are very nice and you get greeted every time you go in the store!!!

Good store. Not a great experience. The staff lurking me was uncomfortable. It seemed like they thought I was stealing because they would give me a bag to shop even though I didn’t need it, and they would keep asking for my name. I felt as if I was being stalked when staff kept coming up to me even after I said I didn’t need help. Overall the staff felt really pushy and it was not a good experience.
