Was here on a weekday afternoon, not busy at all. They were only accepting mobile orders so I ordered and waited with one other person for 10 mins before getting the notification that my drink was ready. Walk up and they see me in the window but ignore me for another 5. They gave me a bogus frap that was leaking all over the cup and hardly had any flavoring in it, tasted like ice. She also finally gave to the window and just hands it to me with a blank stare and says nothing.

Mobile orders are prioritize over in-store orders, so don't order in-store. The baristas are nice and helpful, but they are overwhelmed with mobile orders. At a location this small, mobile orders shouldn't be allowed.

Had to wait 15 min to get my turn, then MELODY advised me my coffee will be ready in 5 min, that is OK so far, then after 12 min I asked about my coffee, where Melody did not like my question!! She wasn’t kind in her response at all, will never come back here for sure, very much out of order Starbucks branch!!

Cute little shack in the middle of an outdoor mall/plaza. Small waiting area, no seating, but it's meant to be a little oasis. Dog friendly area, so you get your hot drink in the winter or cold one in the summer and enjoy the season while walking your dog. Don't forget the puppuchino for your dog.

This mall location is a circus. No drip coffee at 6:45pm? Was told they stop brewing coffee at 6:30. How the hell can you not buy coffee from a coffee shop during their normal hours! Then asked to buy a pastry but was told I couldn’t because the one I picked was “for tomorrow.” What a joke! I assume these decisions are made by some clown manager not corporate I hope!

I waited in line for 30 minutes just to end up leaving. The only reason the line was going fast was because people were leaving to go somewhere else. A guy behind me asked if they were taking orders inside since there was a line outside the door, and all they said was “yes” then looked at him like he was stupid and walked away from the register. They were also so slow for having a line out the door and by the window.

Didn't even get to the point of ordering the coffee and drinks. All I did was knock on the door to ask what the address of that location was to place a mobile order (because a sign said mobile order only) and the girl rolled her eyes and slammed the door in my face.

This Starbucks is in Oakbrook Center there are 2 kids running the store, poor kids can't keep up the with the # of people waiting which was about 45 minutes, will avoid this place in future

If I could give a store negative review I would. I have worked at this mall for 10 years and this Starbucks has always been terrible, but recently so much worse. They will quote you 9 minutes on a mobile order, and legitimately not have your drink ready for 45 minutes. There are rarely more than 2 people scheduled at a time; which is unacceptable for a popular often crowded mall. They are often out of menu items for days at a time. Seems like the owners are putting in bare minimum effort and trying to keep costs low. Not the baristas fault, but they always seem like they have no idea what's going on.
