Absolutely obsessed with the store! All the ladies are super helpful and very patient, as I like to try on so many items. I always come in with my daughters and they shop just like me. We can spend upto a good 45 mins to an hour if we are not in a rush. I can always find the perfect birthday gift or a just because gift or just spoil yourself gift there ☺️☺️ I have always had a pleasant and fun time in there. Jana is the manager there and is always smiling and willing to help you and in case her store doesn’t have an item she is will find what store has it. All the ladies are super nice and I highly recommended this store! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I love it here!! Had an amazing experience, will be coming back. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They give you their full attention and support. I left with a gorgeous bracelet and a huge smile. Highly recommend to everyone to come to this location!!

I had an online order to return to this location. They told me that because I didn’t have the cardboard box that it came with that it couldn’t be processed for a return. After some slight pushback they just ended up … processing the return. It was clear this was a ploy or part of their don’t return by inconvenience policy. As you can probably tell by the reviews this place stinks.

Extremely rude. The staff there are combative and defensive. Especially this one lady, not sure her name but you will know who I am talking about if you interact with her. Simply not how you treat your customers. Not sure if it’s Sworski’s fault for creating an environment where that is accepted or the store’s fault. Regardless I will be more hesitant to shop there again.
I had a return and couldn’t find the receipt. They said they can’t return it even though they have me in the system via my phone number and they can see exactly when I bought it. Yet they can’t do the return? I found the receipt and returned it but this is extremely anti consumerism. Will be looking for alternative jewelry stores from now on

Terrible customer service. I came in to return a gift and they refused to do refund saying that return policy is 14 days while on receipt it says 30 days !

I'm disappointed to share my unpleasant experience at the Swarovski store, where I encountered a rude store manager named Liz. Despite the brand's reputation for luxury and excellence, my interaction with Liz fell short of expectations.
I visited the store seeking assistance with a return/ exchange. Unfortunately, Liz's demeanor was off-putting from the start. Her tone was curt, and she seemed dismissive of my questions. When I asked for help to return a product, she responded gruffly, barely concealing her frustration.
What struck me most was Liz's apparent disregard for customer satisfaction. As a store manager, I expect her to prioritize providing exceptional service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported. Instead, her behavior suggested she was more focused on completing transactions than engaging with customers.
However, I would like to thank Leanne, a trainee, who had a great smile. She tried to complement me on my shoes, so the situation feels less awkward. And I also the corporate customer service representative when I called as she listened to my complaint and promised to follow up with the higher management.

Very rude customer service . I came in for a replacement because my crystal came off and I have a warranty . The manager acted as if she couldn’t even look my name up in the system. I called the store I got it from and they said it she should be able to they had no idea why the lady was so aggressive towards me. As leaving the manager started to talk to someone about me !

Was just there not to long ago the sales associates were very stand offish one of them was named Sama. I was browsing when I kind of overheard their conversation and caught them saying “I’m not sure why they come in” I’m assuming customers who just browse especially considering two had left without making a purchase before they made that statement. Another customer walked in and asked what material was being used and the other sale associate said gold which from what I know is false When it came time to purchase I had to ask questions about care on the item because she never even bothered informing me until I asked. Bad experience all around, they need better training in customer service.
