My Sisterfriend and I went to pick up my jewelry that was cleaned. While we were there, she wanted to purchase a bracelet to replace the one she lost a little while ago. We stood at the case for a while then walked around the case looking for the bracelet. No one approached us. One of the ladies on the floor looked our way and turned away to talk to someone else with a baby (it's on camera). After a few minutes, Eli came to us and asked had we been helped. We told him no. He immediately stepped in and treated us like queens. He was kind and extremely attentive. We purchased the bracelet and had a delightful conversation with Eli. I would suggest Tiffany & Co in Oakbrook provide better customer service to the individuals coming to the store. I was completely disappointed that we were ignored until Eli walked over to us. He is a true gem! Many thanks, Eli!

I brought in my very old, original Tiffany charm bracelet, and they repaired it for me-- it looks brand new!! Thank you!! Phenomenal Service!!

Customer Service is terrible. Kerry is very unprofessional and rude. Cleanings are $20 each piece of jewelry and jewelry isn’t even clean. Staff is very unorganized they couldn’t even find my order for 20 minutes.

Horrible customer service! I went in to pick up an item for a friend and called to confirm that I can pick it up and said yes. From the moment i asked the lady I’m picking something up and she said “ya I can tell” I have never been told that! She is a disgrace the company and should be exterminated immediately! Don’t recommend going!

Terrible customer service. I was picking up a piece and I got was attitude. I misspelled my last name by accident and she said “you don’t know how to spell your last name” horrible place will never purchase anything from Tiffany and co again.

Jasmine was great! We will be returning soon! We appreciated the professionalism of each individual that we interacted with.
My daughter enjoyed the complimentary champagne with chocolates.
We both got excited with the price to clean the jewelry, repair it, and deliver it to your home. Don't be scared of the name. It's definitely worth it!!

I’m very disappointed with the quality of the bracelets I purchased. We bought three matching ones, and one broke within 24 hours. I was then told I’d need to pay extra to have it repaired, despite there being no warranty or support offered. It feels like a money grab and reflects poorly on the brand.

When you say setting the bar for elegance Tiffany & Co stands out in this category! Timeless pieces that can be worn for play or dressing up to step out with class. This lock series is definitely a must! Only thing missing from this visit is the charms, for some reason Tiffany's is not selling them as in the past. Such a big disappointment nonetheless if your looking for refinement look no further.

I have shopped Tiffany and Co since I was a little girl, it was always my favorite jewelry store until today. I went into the Oakbrook location today to get my silver pieces cleaned, as I have many times before, this time to be told they are now charging $20 per piece that is cleaned. This is outrageous! Getting your Tiffany jewelry cleaned at Tiffany was a part of the experience and customer service that you would expect as a client. When they are surrounded by other high end jewelry stores, it will be easy for me to find somewhere new for me to spend my money.
