Do NOT buy jewelry from here. Got the classic two heart necklace. Immediately Tarnished and got scratched EVERYWHERE. I come back to the store and return for a more expensive necklace with one heart so it would be less likely to scratch. Paid $600 for a new necklace. This necklace immediatelySmudged tarnished right away again. For a designer brand this is not okay. I barely can wear the necklace because anytime I do it will tarnish and scratch. As a young girl I’ve always dreamed of owning Tiffany. The quality is absolutely trash. I do not shower with it, I take it off before sleep. Even with that so much damage to the necklace. Women to women for $600 go to Louis Vuitton. I do not mind spending money if it’s quality. Stay away absolutely horrible quality. Go to with swavorvski. I buy designer and have never experienced such bad quality. STAY AWAY. I was thinking about getting my wedding ring from here. This is unacceptable $600 for a necklace you can’t wear bc it will tarnish.

Sent a bracelet in for repair over a month ago. The service department called and told me they couldn’t fix it which was fine. But still have yet to receive any correspondence from the store if my bracelet has arrived.

It's my first time entering the store and it was absolutely disappointing. The gentleman at the door was bubbly and welcoming and that's about it. I was really excited to come to the store and wanted to get an online order exchange for different size, which is a very easy task to understand or to be handled. But the saleswoman who was talking to me didn't seem like having her best day, after I explained to her why I came in and she just started to walk to a counter and got rid of the delivery ? packing for me stuff and told me to go to another counter to look for the products. I followed her and she started to look for sizes under the counters by herself, barely communicating and I didn't get a whole connection or service like I expected. Not even offering to try different sizes to figure out what my real size is? And obviously she didn't have the sizes I was looking for, then she finally started to look for inventory on the computer. A simple question is: wasn't it easier to look up inventory first before you go through all the drawers to try to find a specific style or SKU? Then she told me we would have to order it online for exchange, but I need to pay for the tax difference for the order exchange. Why should I pay extra than my original purchase to get exactly the same thing ? I was not sure why it could be such a hassle. I just feel I really had higher expectations and I feel this was not a good experience at all.

Was there last week to drop off jewelry to be cleaned. Returned this week to pick up cleaned jewelry, but not busy. But had to wait for "certain staff" to acknowledge us to look at items in cases. Last week was offered water/coffee/tea.... This week,.... Still waiting to be offered ANYTHING! Since once we received assistance and usually get great service, I'll treat this as a one off.

Went to Oakbrook Tiffany and Co. with my best friend for her to exchange a bracelet that she ordered online from there. The gentleman at the front directed us to the sales counter where we waited for the next saleswoman. While we waited for 10 9 another salesman sent another young lady around to the same side wear we were waiting only to tell her she is next and that we had to get near the wall where the line usually starts. It was rude and inconsiderate! You can imagine we African Americans woman and the other young lady they move in front of us was not. Tiffany and Co. NEEDS to get a better system with customers waiting their turn in line. GET A ROPE or SIGN to say this is where the line begins!End result is that Cacy the salesperson was very service friendly, bubbly, and helpful! Thank you Cacy! Although our experience started off rough, it ended nicely.

I always had a great experience with the sales staff, I purchased quite a few items that they alway remember me and my family when we walk in, very nice.The reason why I will not be doing any more purchases at Tiffany in Oakbrook is because of management (Kurt) and service. My last purchase was an engagement ring and wedding bands for my wife and I, in less than a year a Diamond fell off my wife’s wedding band. I took the ring into service for repair, Kurt the manager was supposed to reach out to me for the status of the repair, he never did. Why wife called and she was told there was going to be a fee for the repair, I would understand if the ring was several years old but it was only 9months and I paid close to $20,000 on the rings not even a 1year warranty.Basically whatever you buy if it falls apart as soon as you walk out the store it’s your problem. I felt cheated, I felt like I bought something out of the barging bin at Walmart. They didn’t even give me a straight answer on why the Diamond fell off, first I was told it was a bent prog but there was no physical damage on the ring then I was told dirt pushed the Diamond out witch sounds ridiculous. I called today to check on the status of the repair and the repair was done and arrived at the store a few days ago, I asked if they contact customers when their repairs are ready to be picked up. They said yes the manager Kurt was supposed to contact you but of Course he never did.Follow up: I picked up my wife’s ring last night and according to the experts at Tiffany who have been serving and inspecting rings for many years, they reported that dirt pushed out the Diamond on my wife’s ring. This is got to be a new species of dirt to be so powerful and have the ability to expand and push a Diamond out on a high quality ring, I should of asked for a sample of this dirt to have it sent out for testing. I am not making this up you can verify this with the manager (Kurt) at Tiffany in Oakbrook Illinois.

I had an amazing experience here. Staff is very friendly and the clearly care about customer service. I had the pleasure of having Veronica as my sales associate. She was very personable and sweet! I will come to this location from now on so she continue to be my associate.

The vibe here was awful. Sales Associate was semi nice until they didn’t carry the size of ring my husband needed. Had to ask more than once for the ring sizer. Cold as ice, no wonder there were no customers in here.

To get our silver jewelry cleaned it took 7 days instead of doing it while we waited. No one acknowledged us when we picked it up. Employees standing around us and we waited 15 minutes in line to pick it up. We were not given a receipt and that was an issue too. Feel like they think they are elite and they are not. Bad service!
